Assuredly, this is a Money Driven Generation this. And I am so Tired of Seeing People MADE SICK by Food Industry Culprits; Big Pharma and Medical System; Faulty Health Education because Manufacturers Lobbied for that Years Ago for Selfish GAIN and We have been suffering the Consequences of Their Actions
to This Day.

It’s WRONG, So Wrong, because even Governments don’t do a thing to
STOP the Madness of it All.

Everywhere these days, Sugar is out to get you...........Hey? Candy bars and sweets, soda pops, dessert recipes and packet cake mix? Even so-called Health bars adulterated with this substance called sugar!
It's a World-wide Epidemic, more than ever before.

The True Nature of Sugar – Let It Be Known

Some of you will be surprised to hear that in the first instance when SUGAR was Made, it was Not in a Food Factory, it was by a Chemist in a Pharmacy a long time ago, as an experiment to be used as a Mental Drug – not a food. Didn’t know that did you? When the Chemist discovered how Sweet it tasted, it made it’s way out of the Pharmacy and was sold in Shops, where it should never be. People were crazy about it, and on it went to this day.

Imagine a Drug that can Intoxicate us, can infuse us with energy and can be taken by mouth and has soothing effects. It mixes well with virtually every food – especially liquids. Even when given to infants it provokes a feeling of pleasure so
profound and intense that its pursuit can become quite strong!

Could the taste of Sugar on our tastebuds be a kind of Intoxication? What about the possibility that sugar itself is an Intoxicant, a drug? IT IS. Even with children, we see tantrums and whining hours later sometimes that could well be Signs of Withdrawal.

First comes the pleasure – the happy feel and then comes the tantrums?
Where I live, it's not uncommon to see many grown ups leave the Shops with a stash of Biscuits and/or Confectionary and sometimes a trolly full of Cooldrinks.

In fact, we often see Kids go out of control for their Sugar-Sweet Fixes on the shelves when shopping in Supermarkets. They give their parents a really hard time if they don’t get them. I’ve witnessed this Many Times. And what we must know is, the Overconsumption of this Drug Can Have Long-Term Side-Effects.

Difficulties and Crankiness in children.

So to Avoid Long-Term Health Problems, please be aware of the following:
Sugar can decrease HGH (Growth Hormone) that keeps us young.
We need to find ways to replenish not diminish.
Sugar can cause hormonal imbalance - some hormones become
under-active while others become over-active.
Sugar causes a loss of tissue elasticity and function;
the more you eat the more elasticity and function you lose.
Sugar lowers the enzyme's ability to function - 
our body has a Nb of enzymes that are vital to our metabolism as a whole.
Sugar contributes to a weakened defense against Bacterial Infection - 
a 'no no' for strong healthy women.
Causes Hyperactivity so many parents battle with - Anxiety and Concentration
Sugar upsets the Mineral Relationships in your body - 
the more balanced they are the younger you'll feel (along with other nutritional factors).

CONCENTRATED SUGARS

Added sugar is bad — Fresh Fruit containing Fibre isn’t.

Though excessive fructose from added sugar is unhealthy, you should not avoid eating fruit.

HIGHLY PROCESSED SUGARS

Dextrose and Maltodextrin

Too much Dextrose intake regularly may lead to Insulin Resistance. In this condition, Glucose stays in the bloodstream for too long. This happens because Dextrose can Increase the Release of Insulin, which may make a person Feel Tired and Increase the Risk of many diseases.

Studies show that Maltodextrin can cause allergic reactions like cramping and skin irritations. Maltodextrin are Absorbed so Rapidly, it results in a Rapid Rise in Blood Sugar immediately after consumption – a problem for Diabetics or if someone has Insulin Resistance. It can cause Allergic Reactions like Cramping and Skin Irritations. It also can be dangerous for you if you have Gluten Intolerance or Celiac disease. And is also known to Cause Weight Gain in some people.

Other Safe Options: Monk Fruit, Allulose, Stevia (Not Safe!)
