And Everyone Says “YES!”……….”We Don’t Want Soy!” It’s In Almost Everything You Can Think Of. Yes Anything You Can Imagine, If You Haven’t Checked The Packets, Cans And Labels. And We Should Tell Them “NO! I’m Not Buying That”……..Your Best Way To Protest is: Speak Up And Leave The Products On The Shelves (this is more effective in numbers, the more of us the better, don’t wait for someone else). Tell The Cafes, Bakeries And Restaurants “NO SOY”……. Give These Manufacturers, Shops And Venues A Hard Time, So They Have To Take Notice Of Us. Enough IS Enough. They’ve Placed Enough Impositions On Us (for convenience, to cut corners) Lets Impose Our Standards On Them – We’re Far Too Passive, We Didn’t Speak Up. Friends, We Need To Do This.

Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are Not Absorbed and actually increase the body's requirement for B12.
Soy foods increase the body's requirement for vitamin D.
Free Glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and additional amounts are added to many soy foods.
Soy foods contain high levels of Aluminum which is toxic to the nervous system and the kidneys.
High levels of phytic acid in soy reduce assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc.

In Conclusion: Health Manufacturers who sell Soy Powders, Concentrates and Isolates do not have your best interest at heart....and this includes some Phyto-Estrogen products. This could not be further than the truth. A problem of great concern is that a soy-rich diet has no effect on preventing heart disease…at best. And experts have known it for years. One independent lab study actually found that it directly worsens existing heart disease.

The case against them is strong in recent years, thanks to new knowledge, as you see above. With mounting evidence from case histories and vital statics info from those on Western Soy Diets – including some Asians who have adopted them – so-called ‘healthy soy’ is NOT Healthy for you at all.
Of concern, there is now growing evidence of this reflecting through generations – from parent’s health to babies and children. Soy as health food? Think again! Only a few decades ago, the soybean (unfermented) was considered unfit to eat - even in Asia. Here, it has been touted as a ― health food.
The soybean was not considered as food until the discovery of fermentation techniques around 1027A.D. to 221 B.C. Soy as food was always in fermented form like tempeh, natto, miso and soy sauce (without all the sugar and salt added)
Unfermented soy contains growth-suppressing agents. When the growth-blocking agents were lowered by fermenting, Soy began as a dietary staple. But the soybean was always fermented first, never eaten in its unfermented form.
Unfermented soybeans were never eaten because soybeans contains large quantities of natural toxins which are actually "anti-nutrients". These anti-nutrients block enzymes that are necessary for digestion and assimilation.
The natural Toxins in Soy can produce serious gastric distress and difficulties in digesting proteins and amino acids.
Some of these natural Toxins in Soybeans are growth inhibitors, and since they block nutrient absorption, they should never be fed to children and babies.

A VERY INTERESTING STORY
A family member says he did a Google Search for Sausages without Soy and the only one he could find, surprisingly is Vegetarian Sausages - because they're very particular what they eat. His question is "Why are there Vegetarian Sausages without Soy? And why don't Vegetarians want to eat Soy? If Vegetarians don't want to eat Soy, then why should the rest of us? They even had a few without Soy, everyone else had none.
ALL the "Normal" Sausages had SOY. So I'd like to ask you, where are the Consumers Choices here? The same Question applies to so much of what we buy. Why do they Add Soy to most products? Convenience friends, and to cut costs in manufacture - at the expense of our health!
