This Chart gives you an Idea of how ALL Your Meals don't have to be Bland, or boring. I have an Acid-Safe Diet recently and have been thoroughly Searching how I can make Tasty Meals while Checking and Double Checking what's YES, and what's actually NO when it comes to Spices & Herbs etc.

So I'm here to let you know that a Genuine Garlic Infused Olive Oil OR Garlic & Onion Infused Olive Oil like Cobram Estate Make are OK if you miss Garlic or Onion, but Not Leeks OR Garlic Chives but Fresh or Dried CHIVES are OK. They're alright. Two AI Apps misinformed me about Leeks and Garlic Chives and my Instincts Alerted me. And I had a Better App Spot where on the Internet was the Error Coming from, and they Tracked it down to a different Gut Related Diet. So do Remember, CHIVES and Genuine Garlic Infused Olive Oil are Safe, ALL Others (White, Red, Brown, Green Onions, Spring Onions, Salad Onions, Leeks and Garlic and Garlic-Onion and Shallots) are OUT if we want to Protect ourselves AND our Delicate Tissue and LES (Sphincter) from Acid Reflux etc.

Sorry to say, my Favourite Lime & Chilli is Out and Lemon-Pepper Etc because Citrus of any kind Lemons, Oranges & Limes Etc Pineapples, Pomegranate, Passionfruit, Kiwi & Guava are Out and Tomatoes (even Yellow) but Red or Yellow Capsicums are Safe, they're OK, but please Avoid Green Capsicums and Any Type of Chillies, for your Safety. Be it known that the properties in Red and Yellow Capsicums AND Sweet Paprika Powder are different than ALL the others. They don't contain the Strong Acids the Others Do. I hope this Helps!

Hopefully this Page gives you confidence to cook flavourful, Acid-Safe Meals without fear of flare-ups!

I will place an Acid-Safe Chart for Fruits & Veggies, Gains & Legumes here this week.
