This website is run by Janet Vargas, owner of several websites, Poetic and Inspirational and Natural Health. I have a vision for encouraging people in this Great Southland of Australia (whether we are of European decent or Other).
My special interests are in Natural Health 30+ years and Inspirations 12 years, Craft Cards 14-16 years, some Gardening for 4-5 years, previously in the 80's. I love writing Poems and making Websites in recent years.
I am a believer in Jesus with no 'church persuasions' I just like to spread the Love of God, Peace and Happiness and also certain insights. I am in favor of small gatherings in houses over the institutional church system which actually commenced with a Roman Emperor named Constantine in the 3rd Century for political advantage - not with Early Christians who loved to gather mostly in each-other's houses and share interests in common (a totally different picture). People who lived close by found this inviting rather than irksome or off-putting. They quickly embraced it and asked to join them.
I have placed some Poems and Inspirations in the Pages of this website plus some inspirational writings in my Blog. You will find some Nature Pictures here. I like to find lots of Good News articles and some Cute Ones too. That's the inspirational side of things.
On the Health side of things, I get more serious with some Posts, addressing things like chemicals and what not, in this day and age, where through the years, our Government is happy to repeat mistakes of other countries like the USA in relation to Toxic Chemical Fluoride in our Water Supply, Immunization against parents wishes (no parent allowance if we don't immunize our kids) Etc. Such things that are known to affect our health and happiness.
I know from some serious experiences with health 20 and 30 years ago, that Good Health equals Happiness when you have it. We all need to tell our Members of Parliament, we've had enough of chemical laden foods etc and not to allow GMO Foods (genetically modified) into our Country. Plus half the things (figure of speech) they vaccinate our children for as infants are not appropriate for our Country. They are our children and this must Stop!
Numerous countries have not banned GMOs for no reason - they have witnessed devastation with Crops and People's Health. There is a whopping amount of Round-Up and Glyphosates used in Agriculture throughout Australia from the same company (Monsanto) which adversely affects the Health of so many - and has in fact, been found to be one of the hidden causes of Autism. We need to demand that More Care is taken (and assured) for our Well-Being and our Kids!

TOO MUCH IS HIDDEN IN THIS DAY AND AGE and WE NEED BETTER STANDARDS LIKE COUNTRIES IN EUROPE HAVE, IN WESTERN COUNTRIES. WHY IS THIS SO? LET'S DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! AT-LEAST IN OUR HOMES, HEY? AND MORE CAN BE ACHIEVED IF WE ALL SPEAK UP TO OUR GOVERNMENT (Local MPs and Senators). WE NEED TO SAY "Other Countries Are Benefiting, We Are Missing Out. This Must Change!"

Went to their Hospital Emergency. Their Staff were really wonderful with me, even Annie who runs that treatment bay. All the staff were wonderful with me Bam and Stevie and Meagan. So helpful and gracious.

I do have a few articles on Natural Health Verses Medical on this website, because having a background in Independent Research 30+ Yrs I know some of Big Pharma's M Drugs cause some medical induced conditions, yet they keep promoting them, but the Emergency Rooms often save lives and I would like to acknowledge that. Also Nursing Staff do such tireless work each day that takes so much energy.
