The FDA lets them use up to 100 Chemicals in their 'Natural Flavour' formulas to Imitate natural tastes in many Food Products, to Catch Us Out if we are Unsuspecting OR Very Careful, when shopping.

Alarming Or Incredible As This Seems:
To call them Natural, they only have to use 1 or 2 Natural Ingredients in those Chemical Formulas. Daaah!

So just like me, now you Know. I found this out months ago. So even as a Researcher, I was ignorant of this when Other Ingredients looked OK!

NATURAL FLAVOR is the One Ingredient I didn't think to Check Out.

As some people are aware, the FDA is Corrupt. Recently in the last 2 Months, there has been a surge of Articles on Google News on my Mobile concerning ULTRA-PROSESSED FOODS, the way they're Made and the Damage they make to OUR HEALTH. It's Outrageous, the way they get away with that. So much for "Crime Stoppers" you could say.

So I've decided to write about this, having been very Aware and Concerned how many People fill their shopping carts with so much of that Stuff to Feed their Families with. As a Researcher, knowing the full implications of ingesting these Fake and Synthetic Foods on a Regular Basis is detrimental at some time along the way - our Body protests about the way we are treating it - it sometimes does this through disturbing or distressing symptoms and Many People get VERY ILL.

All this is Imposed on the Innocent Public in the form of Tasty, Addictive, Convenient Products. People buy into these Marketing Ploys and before they know it, they're buying More and More of these Items and they become the NORM in their house. The Manufacturers are without doubt delighted about all the Extra Sales AND I intend to see they get a LOT LESS.…

Friends, You really need to know the FACTS on "High Cholesterol" and the MEDICOS who Prescribe STATINS more then Ever in Recent Times and Why this is So........I do not want You to be caught unaware, what You are getting Yourself into if You give Your Consent and start taking them.

So many of us are caught Off-Guard with those approaches and say Yes, not knowing what's involved in such a decision. It comes as No Surprise to some of us just how deliberate that Campaign is - not really in Our Best Interest like the MD/GPs (Practitioners) would have us believe. It's quiet maddening, many MD/GPs are approaching their patients with Healthy Cholesterol to "go on Statins, now they are a certain Age as a precautionary measure for their Health"...............that's Reprehensible, an absolute Marketing PLOY. You should be aware of this beforehand.

Sorry to say Folks, that's very Naive to believe that. Many of us know better after the Pandemic and Vaccines Aftermath that hit this Country 2020-2023 that just isn't so: those Practitioners at the Medical Clinics are not our "Knight in Shining Armour" they're far from it.…

Unable to sleep at night after you've finished your programs for the evening? The Blue Light emitted from the Screen has Affected your Melatonin Levels for the night. Maybe your Kids can't sleep after their share for the same reason? Maybe you were a bit distracted by what's on the Screen to tuck your younger Kids into bed at night - their little minds could be thinking "Why doesn't mummy (or daddy) stay with me? A study looking to find the bare minimum of physical activity required to prevent the well documented ill effects of continuous sitting determined that 5 minutes of walking every half hour was enough.

By looking at blood sugar levels and blood pressure, two important metrics of heart disease, the scientists were able to determine how much daily movement was required to get back to equilibrium from the negative effects of sitting.

Picture if you will, an office worker. Waking in the morning in time for coffee and perhaps breakfast with perhaps a spouse or perhaps children, the day begins with at least some sitting. Then climbing into one’s car, the office worker drives in a seated position to the office. There, between lunch and desk work, the worker spends 8-9 hours sitting before returning home, sitting in their car. Once home, they likely sit down for dinner, and perhaps a bit of television or reading; both done from the seated position.

Sitting time for adults in industrialized nations has been climbing for decades, and it increases the risk for all the diseases typical of those nations, i.e.…
