I've been telling you Folks, we should leave these so-called Food Products on the Shelf: Canola, Vegetable Oil, Sunflower Oil, Safflower Oil, Soy Oil, Corn Oil, Grapeseed Oil and Rice Bran Oil - just so you don't miss any and change to other Unhealthy Oils. Same applies to Margarines AND so-called Soft Butters where these same Cheapskate Manufacturers add Canola or Veggie Oil to the Butter to make it Soft for your "Convenience"........ remember my saying here "Soft on your Bread = Hard on your Health" and do remember, these butters are not always referred to as "Blends"........ I always purpose to educate you on MARKETING PLOYS here on Ours Australia, so you know what to look for when Shopping. You are far better choosing Butter in the old-fashioned "Paper Wrapper" OK?

We are all Electric Beings and plastics are not good conductors of Electrical Charge.
Every Cell in the body is designed to run at about a negative 20-25 millivolts and when Cells need to Repair themselves, the voltage is increased to 50 millivolts.
This process is controlled by the Cell Membrane.
The electrons necessary to allow this to happen are stored in the fat of the cell membrane and without an Adequate amount of Good Fat, the cell membranes can’t function and therefore the cell can’t function.
Cells repair themselves frequently, and if you don’t give them new building materials (including adequate amounts of good fat) it will have to make a New Cell with materials from the Worn Out Cell it is replacing.
Building new things using worn out parts creates a new thing that doesn’t work much better than the old one did.
What Does This Have To Do With Seed Oils?
In the 1920’s the food industry discovered that if they put certain chemicals into the food, it was less likely to spoil. They then found out that if they cook fats/seed oils at about 350 degrees for about 5 hours, the fats turn into something similar to plastic.
Fats processed in this way are called “partially hydrogenated fats” or “trans fats” or “plastic fats”.
When you eat these plastic fats, your cell membranes become made of the plastic. These cells won’t hold voltage, and without voltage, your cells can’t work efficiently. Cells that don’t work are what we call “disease”.
The paradox is that eating more Good Fat and stopping Plastic Fats enables your body to store the Necessary Electrons for normal cell function, repair and healing.
Whilst grounding to the earth will give you those plentiful and never-ending supply of Healing Electrons, we need to support this process by giving our body the best possible conditions for it to make the most of these Electrons, and ultimately thrive at a cellular level.

You Should Be Aware Of This!
The Medical Profession, being Agents of Big Pharma, are basically a Sickness Industry. Sad to say, it is more in their interest to have Permanent Customers who bring in More Sales - or Regular Sales - for Big Pharma. Hence their never ending Cholesterol Scare Campaign, when generally, there is no big deal with Cholesterol (HDL OR LDL)
I learnt years ago in Research that there's no such thing as "Bad Cholesterol" really, because both the HDL and the LDL play an Important Role in our Body. But they give you Misinformation based on a phony Theory that Sells More Statins. You could rightly call that "Dishonest Sales" and People fall for their Argument and Sales Pitch almost every time.
Some Things To Take Note Of Here
1. Have you noticed in recent years, they Lower the Bar for what Your Cholesterol Reading should be. Wonder why? What's the reason for this? To Cream another Crop of Patients for Statins, obviously.
2. BEWARE. Also, have you noticed that when you get to a certain Age, they say they want to "Look after Your Cardio Health now. Just in-case. I'm going to start you on these 2 or 3 Meds now?" (one being Statins of-course, that's their Biggest Cash Cow) and Many Patients find that taking Statins comes with Nasty Little Surprises. They start to experience some pretty Nasty Side-Effects like Disturbed Sleep, awful Aches and Pains they never had before etc So many of these people of necessity, feel compelled to stop taking them. Some MD/GPs have even been found to get "Angry" with them when they say "they won't take them anymore!" But as their Reward for Common Sense, those distressing Symptoms subside and their Bodies return to their former Peaceful State. Mind you, it's often on a "General Check-Up" that people are presented with this Sales Pitch.
3. Please Note that many times when a "Patient" has a High Cholesterol Reading and their Health is actually Pretty Good OR even Very Good. So Researchers in the Know with things have discovered that Healthy High Cholesterol most times is a Good Thing, not a bad thing.
4. I have more than once or twice, come across really Dedicated Heart Surgeons who have Firmly Instructed their Patients to STOP Taking the Statins after they have SEEN the Damage caused to those Patient's Cardio Health. One Surgeon in particular mentioned to their Patient after Surgery that the Statin Drug they were placed on was actually starting to "Dissolve an area of their Heart Tissue." Don't ask me how that is possible but that is what the Surgeon reported. That's True Commitment. Kudos to him, a round of applause!
5. Did you know that those Statin Drugs are Noted by True Honest Health Professionals who are not "Paid to Twist Facts and Lie" that those Statins actually "Put your Heart at Risk by killing both so-called Bad Cholesterol AND Good Cholesterol, which is there to Protect Your Heart?
Nature doesn't make Mistakes but Big Pharma likes to Mess with that - all in the name of Good Health. Many a Person with Good Health has become Very Ill when their MD/GP has Insisted they Keep taking them, against their wishes.
This is where they play God and demand Obedience, so to speak. Putting You at Risk while Claiming to Keep You from Risky Events, and mind you, some people actually do experience Heart Attacks AFTER taking Statins for some time, and they're not here to Report this to You personally, but I am here as an Independent Researcher 30+ Years, to tell you several times I have come across Reports of this Unfortunate Phenomena that Medicos and Big Pharma keep Hidden under the Carpets and they Keep Prescribing and Dispensing those Nasty Drugs, that have actually taken Many Lives. Statistics don't Lie! So are You going to trust those Medicos for ALL Your Health Advice, and "jump when they say jump?"

Hence, there is a Conflict of Interest when the Medical Profession Advise us to Avoid Healthy Fats like Butter, Ghee and Coconut Oil, and that we should use those Cheap Nasty Canola and Veggie Seed Oils. This also Compromises the Good Healthy Cholesterol that is there to PROTECT Your Heart. Also your Nerves Cells and Brain Cells. So Needed in this Stressful Day and Age.
Unknown to People Worldwide - even to many Health Professionals - decades ago, those Sleezy Cheapskate Manufacture Culprits came up with a way to Make HUGE PROFITS with those TOXIC Plastic Seed Oils and in order to make the absolute Maximum Profits Possible, they started Demonising the Good Healthy Fats - Butter and Coconut Oil in particular.
For Generations, our Fore-Parents had been having Slabs of Butter for Years with No Health Issues AND Islanders have been Ingesting LOTS of Coconut Oil - No Problem. If anything, they are remarkably Healthy People - to the Envy of people in Western Countries. In fact, be it known that Grass-Fed Butter has a Unique Nutritional Substance in it known as CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid) that carries certain Health Benefits including Anticancer properties, potential for aiding Weight Management by reducing Body Fat, and support for Immune Function and Reduced Inflammation. There's some wonderful Health Benefits mentioned there hey? Same with Coconut Oil.
Coconut Oil, also has a Unique Fat Component referred to as MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) including supporting Energy Levels and Brain Function, aiding in weight management, and possessing antimicrobial and digestive health properties - it's good for our Immune System and also our Microbiome. Like the Coco Cola Company, they have been keeping their incessant Campaign going All these Years. They still heavily Promote them, even though Nations Worldwide keep Buying that Stuff!
As if the Misinformation wasn't enough when they Started out, they did not stop at that. No, they certainly didn't stop at Promotions of their Cheap Nasty Veggie Oils. Believe it or not, this Aggressive Industry decided to LOBBY for CHANGES in HEALTH INFORMATION in the Education System (like Nutrition) and practically everywhere else, so their Outrageous Arguments for Polyunsaturated Fats would be Readily Accepted without Questions for Most People - that we would ALL believe the LIE and OPT for their Cheap Nasty Con-Artist Products. PLUS the Villainizing of the GOOD HEALTHY FATS described on this Page to make sure we did not go back to them.
And incidentally, it has been reported by True Health Researchers, since that time, ILL Health has struck the Masses when it comes to Very Serious Health Disorders we are still battling with to this Day, despite all our advances in Technology and Everything Else.
YES, the Manufacture of them needs to be Banned and Nutrition Information in Schools and the Training of Nutritionists and Dietitians has to be CHANGED that has been propagated all this time, to the detriment of People's Health (Children included) Unexplained Poor Memory; Mental Blanks - even Young People experience them; Weight Gain not Weight Loss because they are so Toxic; Cancer still dreaded; and a Leading Cause of Alzheimer's; Hormone Problems still Baffling. That isn't enough, these Toxic Oils are known to be Endocrine Disrupters causing Hormone Problems so distressing for Women and Baffling for Practitioners; and creating further discomfort for people with Pain Issues, due to the Toxic nature of them.
And All These are Good Score for the Medical Industry of-course, as they have So Many More Customers. What a Big Hey Day for GREEDY Big Pharma, ever since these OILS came Out.

For those of you who believe the Ancel Keys propaganda concerning Good Healthy Fats in the 50s and 60s, he was a Dimwit and very Foolish physiologist who Absolutely LIED in his 7 Countries Report. He deliberately left out Other Countries that did not coincide with his absurd theory - for Vain Glory and Mercenary reasons. What a CAD!
More Honest Investigators who were thorough actually found SUGAR to be the Culprit. You will see this statement "His false hypotheses is not just wrong; it is unethical" HERE along with a mention that an "eight-year study reported a higher incidence of Cancers in a group of men who had replaced saturated fat with vegetable/seed oils." So you can rid yourself of those nasty No-Fat and Low-Fat Diets and Products that are in line with that Nasty little Selfish man. Right? Furthermore, the Writer states that Ancel Keys had NO Medical OR Cardiology Training. What he he hypothesized was absolutely Dangerous. What a GREEDY Little Man because "Only ever in Passing did Keys acknowledge this weakness in his False Claims." Is there any wonder why there are so many people diagnosed with Cancer to this day?
And Know This Folks
For those Women who wish to Take Off Weight and decide to go on a No-Fat or Low-Fat Diet to do that. For Convenience-Sake, they make these Meals for the FAMILY because they don't want to make Separate Meals. TRUE NUTRITION consists of a healthy-ratio of Proteins + Fats + Carbohydrates and when you Mess around with one of those by having Too Much or Too Little - especially if you Miss One Out, that's when things start Going Wrong with Your Health.
In this instance, leaving out Good Healthy Fats (Proper Fats) like Monounsaturates in Extra Virgin Olive Oil/Olives or Macadamia Oil/Macadamias or Advocado Oil/Avocados OR Saturates like Full-Cream Milk and Butter (Grass-Fed if you can) and/or Coconut Oil (Cold-Pressed, naturally solidifies, it melts)......... and Opting for Polyunsaturates (with excess Omega 6) in Veggie Oils AND Canola (Seeds Oils) you are doing yourself a disfavor. Because those Oils go through Really Toxic Manufacture (known as Ultra-Processed recently referred to as PFUs Industrialised, Unnatural) they are Proven to Put Weight On rather than Take It Off.
ALSO this should be considered: Diets lacking in Healthy Saturates are not Adequately Catering for your Nerve Cells and Brain Cells and that in itself can contribute to Frayed Nerves - especially if you are Elderly. Those Diets are inadequate for the needs of Hard Working Men and Office Workers with high demanding tasks AND they often make for CRANKY KIDS. Besides, they need to have Healthy-Fats (including Saturates) in their Meals for BALANCED NUTRITION that makes for GOOD HEALTHY GROWTH.
A Word of Wisdom: Consider this also when it comes to CARBOHYDRATES. You should Never Cut Them Out of your Diet as with the Keto Diet and Restrictive Low Carbohydrate Diets. You would be much better Opting for a Diabetic Diet OR Mediterranean Diet that cut out Cheap Nasty Refined Carbs like Sugar; HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) which is noted for causing Weight Gain. So are ALL Synthetic Sweeteners (due to the Toxic nature of them, they are known to even stack it on with some individuals.)
The Diabetic Diet includes Good Healthy Carbohydrates known as COMPLEX CARBS like Whole Grain Pasta for instance, instead of the usual Pasta; and Wholemeal Flours instead of Cheap Nasty White Refined Flours. And they incorporate the use of High Fibre Veggies. Complex Carbohydrate Foods like Organic Oats; Sweet Potatoes, Peas; and Legumes like Beans, Lentils and Chickpeas are encouraged.
So are Butternut and Acorn Pumpkins. When buying Oats, make Sure you select ORGANIC ROLLED OATS - Never Others because they are heavily sprayed with Toxic RoundUp before Harvests and Quick Oats are heavily processed (nutrients lost)

Because quite a number of people are getting quite Smart and Discerning these days concerning some things that have been going on for a long time now - especially since the Pandemic that Stressed Everyone in no small way, and then the Heartless Threat of those Amateur Vaccines being Rolled Out and Imposed on the Innocent Public, resulting in Making So Many People Very Ill and the many Deaths that were kept Hidden for Some Time........
a few people started asking me when shopping in the Supermarkets if I think there's a relationship between the Food Industry and the Medical Profession, due to the mass amount of Chemicals most Food Products are Laden with "against our Wishes" placing people at the Mercy of the Medicos who Prescribe yet more Chemicals (the Medical Drugs from Big Pharma)
Because due to certain things that often came up in Research and my Gut Instincts about this, I've quite strongly suspected this to be the Case for a long time, that the Food Industry and Medical Profession do have CLOSE TIES and the Chemical Agriculture Industry.
