Be it known that in particular, KETO is a Later Form of the ATKIN’S DIET – he was an Extremist too – and the DASH DIET is a Later Version of the LOW-FAT DIET…. marginally healthier due to More Fruits and Veggies but Just as Damaging, due to Leaving Out Good Healthy Fats so Necessary for our Brain and Nerve Cells AND Heart. Not to mention Still Promoting those Cheap-Nasty Canola, Veggie Oils and Plasticised Margarine Spreads that in reality are So Destructive to Our Health.

The Unsuspected Cause of Cancer; Increase in Dementia; putting our Heart at Risk rather than Safety; the Prevalence of Hormonal Imbalance and Mood Disorders; the Escalation of Mental Health Disorders; the Sharp Increase in Auto-Immune Disorders and Diabetes; a Hidden Cause of Chronic Pain; Unexplained Chronic Headaches and Migraines; Keeping or even Stacking On the Weight it Claims to Save you from.

Yes all those things! And if you think I’m Crazy, all this has been Well Researched as an Avid Genuine Independent Researcher 30+ Years, not Paid to give Misleading Advice – I’ve even known well respected Harvard to do that a few times in an Outrageous Way through the years when the Bribes are High – a Huge amount of Revenue for Supporting such Culprit’s CLAIMS.

So they make it difficult to get Benefits for Visits to say Naturopaths and Herbalists etc and we have to Page Big Dollars for additional Health Insurance Companies for EXTRAS COVER to see Some So-Called Alternative Health Practitioners and that is for a “Limited Nb of Visits per year”………I say “So-Called Alternative” because Big Pharma who Runs the Medical Profession (more appropriately referred to as a Sickness Industry) and Our Government who get Huge Revenue from them like for us to see things the Wrong way around. That Medical Industry was the “New Kid on the Block” in the days of R Rockefeller, the Nasty Little Evil Man who Founded ALL THREE INDUSTRIES (One perpetuating the Other) and Developed them into a Formidable Force known in times gone by as the Rockefeller EMPIRE. And so it Remains to This Day.

Many people have become Smart Thinkers since the Pandemic in 2020 and 2021 with the Reckless Rollout of Destructive Covid Vaccines and the Aftermath of Damages they Caused. Many Died from those Vaccines and it was kept hidden from us – while still rolling them out – and So Many people’s Health has Never been the Same since having those Shots. And of-course, that means “All the More” Profits for Big Pharma, dispensing a whole Whopping Lot More MEDS for Various Health Challenges those Nasty Vaccines created.

Now, did you know you can Improve Your Health and Avoid certain Health Conditions by Kicking those Destructive Cheap Nasty Oils Out of Your Meals, including Restaurant and Café Meals and Making/Buying REAL FOODS instead of Processed and Ultra-Processed Foods. And if you want to go on a Diet of some kind, consider the Mediterranean Diet or Low GI Diet (Diabetic Diet benefits a lot of people, not only Diabetics) Do make sure you keep Sugar to an absolute Minimum - it's really better not to touch it - and leave ALL the Sweeteners alone (Aspartame Etc and Sugar Alcohols like Erythritol and Xylitol) they are ALL detrimental to Your Health. Medically Promoted Jeckle and Hyde Diet: Some really Good with some really Bad! With the Emphasis on Fruits and Veggies AND No-Fats, Low-Fats (like Non-Fat Yogurt and Non-Fat Milk often referred to as Tasteless Dish Water;  Dangerous Plasticised Spreads known as Margarine – Soft on your Bread, Hard on your Health; Notorious Canola and Veggie Oils referred to by Honest Researchers more correctly as Seed Oils that have Nothing remotely to do with “Veggies” – that’s just a deliberate Marketing Ploy – they go through Very Toxic Manufacture, the Most Ultra-Processed “Food” there is AND is Detrimental to Our Health) based on Flawed Science of Ancel Keys – A GREEDY Little Man – who deliberately demonised Healthy Fats like Full Cream Milk and Butter our Families fed on for Generations with No Health Issues and Coconut Oil that has Kept the Islanders Healthy for Generations.

Yes, he did that for Financial Gain – despite People’s Health – that’s one Very Selfish Man. He actually LIED with his FAT Theory (damaging our health) in his so-called “Seven Countries Report” Hypothesis, when he left out Several Countries (he had also seen) that Disproved his Theory. How Convenient for him was that? He absolutely Villainized Good Healthy FATS as the Culprit in Heart Attacks when in actual Fact, it was the SUGAR that was the Real Culprit in ALL those Countries, NOT Fat. This has been Well Established by Dedicated Researchers who are Not Paid to Lie OR Scientists who Work for the Industry making and promoting those TOXIC “Heart-Healthy” OILS and Margarine. They are actually referred to more correctly by Honest Independent Researchers like myself and TRUE Health Professionals as a Form of Industrialised OILS rather than Natural and Health Promoting.

You are Now Informed. Be equally Informed that Companies like Crisco who first Manufactured those Products actually Lobbied to have Health Laws and Education on Fats in Our Diet for Big Bucks. They get a Huge amount of Revenue from them. And they Persist in the Manufacture of the Nasty SEED OILS and Margarine to this Day – it has never been changed. It’s Criminal.

KETO and CARNIVORE

Primal type Diets: Excess Protein and Excess Fat –
Very little Anything Else – Very Extreme.

They are Decidedly Unbalanced and Unhealthy. Burdening the Kidneys for starters!

Plus most Meat is Grain-Fed – even with GMO Soy often. Plus Keto keeps your Body in an Unnatural State of Ketosis. Medicos made this Diet years ago, specifically  for Patients with Epilepsy and Ditched it due to Complications. The Diet is Very Difficult to Follow. This often results in YoYo Dieting anyway. Many people have made themselves Sick on it and that isn’t good!

Carnivore Diet is just Ridiculous Stone Age Nonsense. Very Extreme, Very Unhealthy. Disregarding the Wholesome Nutrition in Fruits and Veggies. Plus keeping on the Extreme amount of Protein and Fat in that Diet is Asking for Trouble. Even a General Practitioner, Author and Advocate who Strongly Promoted it got Sick on it now Seriously Warns people about it. Hey? That’s Wise!
