Quietly Played like Light Instrumental and Light Orchestral with or without Birdsongs or Ocean Waves; Light Classical or Easy-Listening or Folk Music.

NEED FOR EXERCISE
Walking is found to be the Best Exercise for Most People - especially in Parks or Nature Settings - you can do Brisk Walking or Strolling or Japanese Walking with Brisk and Slow Walking in 5 or 1o Minute Relays; Hiking or Simple non-demanding Cycling; Visits to the Beach, River or Hills or a Small Country Drive; Swimming, Paddling or Strolling along in the Shoreline or Collecting Pebbles and Shells; Singing along to oneself or in the Shower; Low Maintenance Gardening with Flowers or Herbs and Veggies in Containers or Raised Garden Beds.
STOP RUMINATING
You can Write your Worries and Problems down on a page and Intentionally Dismiss them - Throwing them Away and Dispensing them - Don't Keep them; Learn Not to Keep Grudges or Harbor Offences - they can make you Feel Ill or Stressed - Learn to Let Go and Refuse to Entertain them in Your Thought-Life, this will make your Heart Lighter. No-One wants Spare Baggage - if the Offence was Real, you can decide you will not Let them Live in you Rent Free, if it was a Perceived Offence, learning to See the Difference can be Liberating.
DEVELOPING A BETTER THOUGHT-LIFE
Adopt Healthy Thinking Habits - you will Benefit from these; try some Simple Meditation accompanied with Deep Breathing and pondering on Pleasant or Happy Things - Nothing Complicated - Eastern Meditation is Very Complex and difficult for most People and Psychology Meditation is a bit Serious for some People, you can Meditate on things in Nature that are Cheerful, Relaxing or Peaceful; Sitting out on your Veranda having Breakfast; Gazing at the Sunrise and Sunset or the Moon and Stars at Night; Berry Growing and Pick is a Pleasant Pursuit - so is Growing and Picking your own Fresh Cos Lettuce Leaves and Herbs like Parsley and Coriander, Mint and Lemon Balm; Check Out whatever different Arts and Crafts are available - you would be Surprised sometimes what You can Find.
DO SMALL ACTS OF KINDNESS
Engage in Simple Acts of Kindness - Nothing Too Demanding or Expensive - Practice Giving Free Smiles Away and Compliments, Tips and Encouragements, Wish them a Nice Day, Shout someone an Unexpected Refreshment or Snack or a Few Groceries. You will Make Someone's Day and it makes You Feel Good; also if you feel a bit Alone, consider getting to know your Shop Attendants Etc and Wishing them Well. Sometimes you can have Mico-Conversations with them - exchange Names. You can also Wish other Customers a Nice day and have Micro-Conversations with one here and there as you are Shopping.
IF YOU'RE FEELING LOST OR LONELY
I Enjoy doing this often because it adds a Social Aspect to my Shopping Outings - I do so much Work with my Websites, I don't have a lot of time for lengthy Visits and Outings, those Micro-Chats suit just fine. Sometimes a few Workers miss me if I haven't been there for a while and sometimes a Customer says they found the Chat Interesting....they found it Helpful...it was Nice to Meet me...they Enjoyed the Chat... Appreciated what I had to say. And sometimes they really Welcome the Chat too because they live on their own.
If you like, you can break your Shopping up into Smaller Amounts to Enjoy more of these "Outings" and you can have different Stores to pick up the Bargains and Different Types of Products and get to know more Checkout Assistants Etc It can be Fun instead of feeling Lonely whatever.
ADOPT AN INTEREST
Making a Recipe Collection or Making Up your Own Recipes; Occasional Simple Baking; Learning how to Make Preserves or Special Fermenting Foods like Kefir and Kimchi to Benefit Gut Health; you can even learn how to Makes some of Your Own Simple Homemade Dairy Foods - there are Special KITS for that by "Mad Milly" available through Ebay and Amazon.
You can Start Journaling about Good Things and Pleasant Things; Learning how to Write Poems or Short Story Writing; learning how to make Pretty Gifs and Fun Gifs on a Website called Canva; Adopting the habit of Writing Letters Occasionally and Browsing through Greeting Cards in Stores - Cheap as Chips have good prices, especially the Reject Stores. They have a really Good Range and Very Affordable.
