Hi Girls and Guys, the Truth is that Diet Kits are more of a Gimmick, a Marketing Ploy. I remember the Herbalife bunch of Supplements; the Jenny Craig bunch of Mini Cans; and the Lemon Diet the Chemist sold years ago - but Pharmacies are even known to have Toxic Aspartame in their "Weightloss Products" that prevents you from taking off Weight anyway. Yes, Synthetic Sweeteners do that. So do Toxic Canola and Seed Oils. I have Articles on those. No-Fat Low-Fat Diets don't work because we need a Moderate amount of True Healthy Fats in our Diet because "Without Fats we cannot take Off Fat" it's the way Our Body Works. The No-Fat Low-Fat Diets make us Stressed and/or Cranky anyway because Our Brain and Nerve Cells need some Nourishing Fats to Function Smoothly. But don't go Crazy Keto with Excess Fat - it's very Unhealthy and Ridiculous! You don't need that.
