WE WHO LIVE IN THE CITIES AND SUBURBS SHOULD STOP THINKING OF THEM AS SEPERATE TO US (because we have a different say of life) MAYBE "Poor Farmers, they're on the News again" IS THE BEST THOUGHTS WE COME UP WITH Like it's their Plight WHEN THEY PROVIDE OUR FOOD EVERYDAY. WE SHOULD FIND IT IN OUR HEARTS TO CLOSE THIS "Separation" THING. HONESTLY FRIENDS, WE COULD NOT "Live Without Them" YES REALLY. THINK ABOUT IT and LET THEM KNOW We Care About Them - They're Not On Their Own Anymore IN THE CHALLENGES THEY FACE For Us and Their Families. WOULD YOU CARE TO JOIN ME?
Through the years, there has been such disregard for Farmers - we buy most our Groceries in Fancy Packets and Produce from Modern Supermarkets, forgetting Our FARMERS WHO FEED US - they somehow don't come to mind. I was brought up close to a Dairyman and barley Crops across the road from us and Eggs from the neighbours, in a small Country Beach Town for 14 years before living North-East of the City.
My mother used to take me with her when she did Grape Picking and Pea Picking sometimes. She sat me under the shade of a Vine while she worked, and I watched the activity of the women Picking and filling Carts nearby. Farmers are wonderful people who do "an honest day's work" and come into their House early each evening to refresh and share a mealtime with their Family around them and relax for the evening. Watching their Kids play in the Sunshine etc on Weekends, have Get Togethers with neighbours, and go for an occasional drive, whatever. Yes, it used to be a wonderful way to live before Today's Challenges. So please have Compassion and Back Them because they are Part of our Lives more than you think. Though we don't see them, we have their produce on our table each day.

they have always been a Big Problem.
Did you know those Wind Turbines are So Loud it affects the Farmer's Family's Nervous System physically and Mental Health. They battle Floods and Droughts and Everything Else, and Ignored by Governments Year after Year.
Honestly Friends, they Sacrifice So Much...... to Feed Us......and Themselves.

PS: The Major Fires that raged in Victoria recently some months ago with Many Houses Lost was due to her Cutting the Budget where it left those Precious Families Vulnerable. I don't live in Victoria AND I want her OUT - Do You?
