All we seem to hear about these days is "Keto, Keto, Keto" when it comes to Dieting. Right? Honestly, they have taken Western Countries by storm. Every time you walk into a Bookstore you see a number of Keto Fad Books there.......there's heaps of them on the Internet.........YouTube is inundated with Keto Videos and sad to say, there's even a number of Health Advocates Promoting that Craze. You would think it would have died out by now. Hey? But No, they Continue the Madness of that Alarming Unbalanced Diet which is comprised of EXCESS PROTEIN and a Sickening Amount of FAT.
They even make what you call "FAT BOMBS" to have Everyday! Those Recipes consist of about 90% Fat - mostly Saturates in the form of an Energy Ball.
It's Amazing How Much PROTEIN and FAT that Diet Promotes OVER Healthy Fruits and Veggies - they have strictly few Veggies in very small amounts and No Fruits or Healthy Complex Wholegrains and Legumes like the Low Glycemic Diet Diabetics have and are found in the Healthy Mediterranean Diet that have been practiced for Decades and have Benefited so many people.
No, the Keto Diet is really quite disgusting. No wonder a lot of people get Sick when Starting out on it because it's So Unhealthy - So Unbalanced. Just think of this, in order to be on a Keto Diet, you have to KEEP Your Body in an Unatural State (they refer to as Ketosis) 24/7 to get results.
But wait a minute, you mean to tell me that My Body has to run in a way that's foreign to how it's Created/Meant to run on an ongoing basis? Yes, that's exactly what they are telling you to do.
Just think of this Friends:
Our Body is Designed to have a Balanced Intake of Healthy Proteins, Healthy Fats AND Healthy Complex Carbohydrates which contain Necessary Fibre. Also the Fruits those Advocates are discarding have Important Enzymes (found in Fresh Fruits) and Veggies they have So Few and So Little of have an Integral Part to play in Our Intended Diet. And Together, these Fruits and Veggies furnish us with an Array of Special Nutrients we don't find in Protein or Fat. The same applies to Healthy Wholegrains and Legumes.
The Carnivore Diet is very similar to Keto with Protein and Fat. In my opinion, it's criminal for Professional People to be Promoting those Diets. Like I said, so Foreign to the BALANCED DIET Our Body is Meant to Have. Hey? One could say Our Creator knows what He's doing - they Do Not!
We shall get into some Healthy Balanced Nutritious Dieting shall we?

Two really good diets for most people I recommend is the Mediterranean Diet and the Low GI Index Diet that is used by Diabetics. GI stands for Glucose Index. And they do have some Fresh Fruits in their Diet.
