There are two people in my Family whose Mental Health has been seriously Affected through Poor Diet. One of them was trying to make ends meet financially. He made many meals with Pasta mostly, and a Slice of Bread with Vegemite (he also used margarine instead of butter) for lunch and Cereal for breakfast. He also had LOTS of Coffee. After doing that for many months, he experienced a Full Swing Major Nervous Breakdown that commenced in a state of Psychosis. His Body AND his Brain were starved for Nutrients and as a part-time Natural Health Researcher, I felt his Myelin Sheaf had worn very thin (that is meant to be a protective lining that cushions our Nerve Cells) that was proven to be true. Since he has changed to a much Healthier Diet he does much better and finds some enjoyment in Life because it has helped him to improve his mental outlook and perspectives.…

MORE to Watch Out for Folks! Some of these Polymers have been around for years. They have been used in Skin Care and Cosmetics and NOW there are New Derivatives of those Chemicals entering the Market.

The concern about these Chemicals is, they are very TOXIC and have been found to Cause Cancer.

As surely as we have learned about Manufacturer’s serious Lack of Ethics, instead of the Industry cutting out the use of these Chemicals, they USE Them all the More. And as we are so accustomed to, our Governments are more concerned with Raising High Revenue from the Massive Profits/Taxes of this highly Lucrative Industry than they are about our Health and Welfare.

There’s so much we hear about “in the name of Truth” these days, and there is what Natural Health Researchers who really Care about your Health call an
“Information War” going on.…

THIS IS A TRICKY ONE TO DEAL WITH, HOW TO MANAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE, AND THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST POSITIVE and HELPFUL ARTICLES I HAVE FOUND ABOUT THIS NEED, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST IT FOR YOU. IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT MOST TIMES, A PERSON WHO IS NARCISSISTIC HAS HAD A DIFFICULT UPBRINGING WITH PARENTS WHO WERE ABUSIVE or WHO DID NOT GIVE THEM MUCH ATTENTION; SELDOM SHOWED AFFECTION ETC AND THEY FELT UNIMPORTANT; NOT VALUED and UNLOVED. NARCISSISM IS A DISTORTED WAY THEY COPE WITH BAGGAGE THAT IS LEFT FROM THEIR UPBRINGING. AND IT’S KIND OF LIKE THEIR UNMET NEEDS and  ISSUES WITH THEIR PARENTS ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS YOU. IT'S KIND OF A PERMANENT REACTION TO BAD PARENTING.

RELATING WITH SUCH A PERSON CAN MEAN A VERY STRESSFUL LIFE OR RELATIONSHIP FOR YOU IF YOU DON’T LEARN APPROPRIATE WAYS OF HANDLING THAT.…

Negative thoughts can contribute to problems such as social anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem. The key to changing your negative thoughts is to understand how you think now (and the problems that result), then use strategies to change these thoughts or make them have less of an effect.

"Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all linked, so our thoughts impact how we feel and act. So, although we all have unhelpful thoughts from time to time, it’s important to know what to do when they appear so we don’t let them change the course of our day," explains Rachel Goldman, PhD, a psychologist and clinical assistant professor at the NYU School of Medicine.

Therapy can often be helpful for changing negative thoughts, but you can also learn how to change your thought patterns. This article discusses some of the steps you can take to change your negative thoughts.…

Too Much Stuff

If your closets are bursting or your desk is topped with piles of disorganized papers, you may want to take some steps toward a neater home or workspace. Like someone so rightly said: Oats are Naturally Processed, Oats are OATS. 100% No Preservatives, No Additives, No Colourings. They are Uncomplicated REAL Food that Nourishes with “NO Extras” Frugal Food, Cheap to Buy!

And you can add whatever you like – you know what’s in there.

So if you’re going to “Cut things on the Budget” don’t downsize on Healthy Nutritious Meals, cut out those Sugar Laden and Artificially Coloured Ultra-Processed devitalised “Cereals” those Con Artists charge you the Earth for instead.

What an Absolute RIP-OFF and you’re taking them home, one after the other, Friends? And half the time, it’s because you weren’t brought up with OATS wonderful Oats OR your Kids have been Targeted by the Cunning guise of those Shrewd Manufacturers. Yes, they deliberately target your Kids with those endless Ads (so many rounds a day/evening) because they Know they will “Nag You” until they get what they want!…
