As a Christian, I apologise for all the Hypocrisy and shameless Monetization the Gospel has been subjected to. Televangelists are a SHAM. Not the Real Thing.
This is not what Jesus Came for! Reminds me of how Shameless Big Pharma started off with all their Charlatans and the Sickness Industry they are Today. I pray that People will get to experience the True Essence of who Jesus Really is. Not all that Fame and Falsity those Showmanists project - So Bad.
Jesus has never taken advantage of me. Nowhere in the Bible does it tell you to
Pay for your Blessings. That's like a Lucky Dip with a Booby Prize. They Badger you with Enticements, presenting God like some Slot-Machine…..so radically different to how I found Jesus - that was not dependent on the Church Scene. Skip all that Modern Churchianity Friends.
Personally, I'm actually more comfortable with the term "Believer" because Christianity has got to be "All manner of Stuff" these Days: Plastic; Unbalanced or Damaging in some instances. THAT is Reprehensible! It's Anything But Gospel.
I share people's Outrage. I really do. True Christianity is about the Blessing (Peace and Joy and Calm) we can bring into Peoples Lives or Day - a Pleasant Interaction - Not getting all you can Get out of People - Especially in these Stressful Times.

he is No Saint! I've known that for many years before he started SHOWING OBVIOUS SIGNS of it. Any True Christian who Walks Close with Jesus can Discern that kind of "Preacher" what they really are about. Any True Mature Christian would Avoid them like the Plague.
He is Just a Lavish Con Artist. Nothing more. The Major Culprit in the Televangelism GREED BREED. That's a name I came up with for Big Pharma; Food Manufacturers; Greedy Companies that heap burdens on People and Selfish People who take Far More than their Share. I think it Fits Televangelists and the like too. Do you?
We often hear the term MONEY MONGERS, I've taken it a step further. We All Hate Hypocrisy don't we? And those JERKS don't give a darn how they live - apart from their affluence - they are devoid of Any Goodness, Compassion and Mercy that comes from our Living God. How dare they even mention Jesus....... bringing such Reproach on His Name.
They really have a Nerve to call themselves Servants of God. They Serve ONLY Themselves, like Big Pharma and those Giant Food Manufactures, Extracting every Dollar and Cent they Can from People. Mark my words, they're in for the SHOCK of THEIR LIVES when JESUS COMES…… they're caught Totally Off-Guard and they Meet "Face to Face" with God's Restitution……. of All People, they will be the Most to be Pitied when those who truly Love Jesus will be beholding His AWE and Majesty.
Yes, Beware of Copeland's Theology and the rest of them because they can take People where they're going if they're not Careful. In the Bible, Deception like that is referred to as Witchcraft. In fact, Paul addressed People in Galatia saying "Who has Bewitched You?" and those False Teachers had nothing on these Guys Today - they are multiple times Worse. Exceedingly Crafty with Words. I Cannot believe those People Trust in them. Is not their Evil Obvious to them? But NO, this People are without Commonsense. Why? Because they are DELUDED...... Friends.
Delusion is REAL and Not to be Underestimated - it's pretty much Impossible to Break, which is why we should try our best not to get involved in Religious Cults of any kind in the first place. It takes an Intervention of the Spirit of God to break it off of them.
I have relatives in a Christian Cult for decades. One of their Daughters broke Gloriously Free from it. The other Daughter sensed it was Very Strange and planned to Leave Home when she was 8. She is now a confirmed Atheist because of her Parents and she has not contacted them once since the age of 18. She shifted to a different State and has never let them know where she is - even if she is still alive, for that matter. She is now in her Mid 50s.
That is the RISK you run Folks, when you get mixed up in Religious Cults - it damages Your Kids in some way. Cults Destroy Families - make NO Mistake about it. You want to Risk That do You? Not Me, AVOID Them like the Plague because that's Exactly what they Are to the Mind and Soul. Jesus is into Setting Captives FREE like He did with my Niece - Not Making Captives like those Jerks do. That's the Devil's Work, Not God's Work. Those leading Televangelists are so demonic, in other words, don't let them lay their Creepy Hands on You in so-called prayer and stay well away - out of hearing distance. There's enough Stress in this World without getting mixed up with their kind.
It's a wonder they don't Choke on their food at their tables after Ripping Off Vulnerable People and that their Chandeliers don't fall down on them in Judgement. I heard of a Preacher years ago who went to Teach Deception and he literally dropped dead when he went to open his mouth on the platform. Yes that was for Real. We want to see more of that hey? Those Deceivers need Extinguishing.
I cannot believe that Big Pharma is so Evil, they have even been responsible for having Medicos Records broken into and Confiscated when they started treating Cancer Patients Successfully with Natural Means AND these JERKS get away with the "Spiritual Cancer" they Spread - so to speak. Make no mistake about it, Demons are Real. They are rightly referred to as "the Powers of Darkness" in the Bible and "Rulers of the World's System" that has Gone So Wrong - that's why there's so much Evil happening these Days.
But it's Unhealthy to go thinking about them and reading about them. We should Always Fill our minds with ALL the GOOD THOUGHTS we Can. The Apostle Paul in Bible Days, advised us to Focus on the GOOD Reports rather than the Bad Reports in this Life. That which is Lovely, Wise and Wholesome.
Rest assured, JESUS is Real too, and He is into that which is GOOD. Seek to find HIM and Focus on Him from day to day in this Wicked World. Don't forget we still have the Beauty of Creation to Enjoy, the Blessings of Friendships and Good things in Life. I do Love His Words when they're Not misconstrued. They give me Good Guidance; Encouragements; Strengthening; Insights and Lasting Hope from day to day.
Even a lot of Atheists are starting to realise that Demons are Real now because of the amount of Evil that's in the World. It's good to know the reason why that is so Friends but try not to Stop there and dwell on His Words instead. There's so much Life in them. Truly, I would not like to live this Unchartered Life without them.
Miracles ARE Real, my word they're Real - I've had some. Different to what Churchy-Religions tell us, Jesus is still into Miracles - I am Living Proof of that. The Nerve Fibres in my ears were wrecked permanently due to taking a so-called Safe Antibiotic - Rulide - ironically for an Ear Infection. For 3 Years, I lived indoors 24/7 because my Hearing was Amplified (Hyperacusis) and Jesus did what no Audiologist or Surgeon could do. I've lived a Normal Life again for the last 20+ Years with the Joys of hearing my favorite music again, interesting conversations and the sound of the ocean on 4 day holidays 2 hours away.
But it has Nothing to do with those Jokers, they are a Sheer Mockery to a Living God. Don't let that make you "Throw out the Baby with the bath water"
At the same time, remember He is Not Silly, He knows where your Heart is. Jesus has done some really Good Things in my Heart and Life through the Years - some of them very Remarkable but they didn't happen overnight (in fact, that's what made them so remarkable)
Keep in mind, that as a True Believer I'm in Close relationship with Him - I don't just ask Him "Do this for me, do that" He is not our Servant like some Genie in a Bottle. And Happy to say, He does not take Orders from Reckless Deceptive Preachers. Make no mistake about that. They make Inroads into Your Mind, like a lot of Weird Practices in this World do and are BEST AVOIDED.
I really do not believe in "Giving People False Hope" no I'm not into that, but I have heard of more real Healings and Miracles taking place outside of "Services" than a Friend has seen in them, believe me. Doubtless to say, that is because that Person has their Heart Focused on Jesus - not some Celebrity Preacher trying to take the glory from God OR Rip them off with a Fake Healing or Miracle.
At the same time, I will say He does not just throw all the Good Things our way and give us everything we want when we want it. That is what SOCIAL GOSPEL tells People often and is So Deceptive. They're a Bunch of Con Artists.
I've always abhorred Televangelists. It's a wonder People don't become Mentally ILL witnessing such Strange Behavior on a regular basis and hearing all their Sick Theology. Some Do, because that kind of Stuff is So Unhealthy!
Televangelist Deception makes Inroads into Your Mind,
like a lot of Weird Practices in this World. BEST AVOIDED.
