To have a Good Immune System, we need to Keep it Strong by meeting it's Needs and it will look after Us. We need to have a Real Foods Diet and keep our distance from Junk Food, Take Away Food, Processed Food and UPFs (Ultra-Processed Foods) as much as possible. You can see how Real Foods and Homemade Meals build up our Nutrition and has Lots of Benefits in my Article HERE and how certain Foods build up our Immune System HERE.

Also, we need to Adopt a few things in our Daily Lives OR Weekly at-least, I will let you know about these things on this Page. You would be Surprised how much
they help.

Yes, Sleep Strengthens the Immune System by promoting the production of cytokines and other immune cells, enhancing T-cell and Natural Killer (NK) cell function, and improving the body's ability to fight off pathogens. Consistent sleep helps the immune system create a "memory" of pathogens, leading to a faster and more effective response during future exposures. Conversely, Sleep Deprivation Weakens the Immune System and is linked to Increased Inflammation and a Higher Risk of Illness. …

One of the Best Ways we can Strengthen Our Immune System is not being frightened by the "Medical Sickness Industry" to help ourselves to some Good Healthy Sunshine Each Day. When Covid struck the USA, Florida was the only State that wasn't affected much because most of them kept on Enjoying the Sunshine. It's really Big Pharma who doesn't want you to have Sunshine because it actually Cuts back the MEDS they Sell, so they made up those LIES about the SUN.

A Report came up in my Research some years ago saying "There's only two ways you can get Skin Cancer. One is if you have those Toxic Sunscreens Baked into your Skin and the other is if you Never get any Sunshine.

Even though the Climate is Warmer, we Need some measure of Sunlight Daily or at-least 3-4 Times a Week. Besides, when the Sun shines on our Skin (without Sunscreen on) we absorb the Best type of "Vitamin D" that is actually a type of Hormone we should keep Replenishing on a Constant Basis.

It is a very good idea to have Vitamin D Foods in addition to wise Exposure of Sunshine.…

One in five food and drink products in the US contain Synthetic Colorings linked to health problems, a Major Study has found. Concerns have been rising for years about the increased use of the dyes, which studies have suggested may cause cancer. Now, researchers have discovered just how prevalent they are in America's food supply.

According to the Team from the University of North Carolina nearly 40,000 packaged food and beverage products manufactured by the top 25 food and beverage companies in the US, including Kraft Heinz Co., Nestle and Coca-Cola Co. In total, 19 percent of all products analyzed contained at least one Petroleum-Based Dye, the most common being Red 40. Red 40, which was found in about 14 percent of the products tested, has previously been associated with Childhood Behavioral Problems, Cancer and Infertility.

Having an apple as a late-night snack might seem like a healthy idea, but how does it really affect your body? Here’s what can happen if you eat an apple before going to sleep.

It May Help You Sleep Better

Studies show that people who eat more fruit tend to sleep better at night.

Apples contain fiber and polyphenols, which help stabilize blood sugar levels and promote more restful sleep.

Apples Are Great For Your Health
Make Sure To Have 4-6 A Week

You’ll Experience A Mild Rise In Blood Sugar

Apples contain natural sugars that slightly increase blood sugar.

However, their fiber and polyphenols slow absorption, preventing a sharp spike or crash.

If you have diabetes or glucose regulation issues, consult your healthcare provider before adding apples to your nighttime routine.

Supports Gentle Digestion

Apples are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber that acts as food for the beneficial bacteria in your gut.

A diverse gut microbiome is linked to smoother digestion, a stronger immune system, and even improved mood and metabolism.

May Have Anti-Inflammatory Effects

Regular apple consumption has been shown to reduce inflammation markers in the body.…

Yes Friends, be Very Careful of a new form of Sales Pitches Big Pharma is making on You – the Innocent Public – with things that really appeal in News Headlines over Mobiles and MSN News. Quite often I notice some Excellent Natural Health Articles on both these services that are really good. But do be aware that these News Services are a Mixed Bag. Culprits Post Nasty Tricks over there too and Media Services don’t discern the difference. They just grab what sounds Sensational and when it comes to Big Pharma and their Allies (Agents in fact) they get paid outrageously well for that.

About 2 or 3 Months back, I noticed 2 Newslines show up several days apart that didn’t Gel with me, and I audibly responded with “Really!?”……… “So we’re up to new games now are we? You’re going to Inflict this Kind of thing on People???” As usual, I’m disgusted at what lengths they go to, to Win Over BIG BUCKS. Totally Unfair! Making You Sick in the Name of Health.

Let me explain what I mean by that and teach You what to Watch for.…

Small Acts Of Kindness Can Create Ripples Of Joy
That Brighten Someone’s Day—And Yours, Too

Kindness doesn’t have to be grand to matter. Small gestures, like a compliment, a helping hand, or simply being there for someone, can leave a lasting impression on the people around you. These thoughtful, simple actions not only spread positivity but also remind us of the beauty of human connection.

Compliment Someone

A genuine compliment can make someone's day brighter. Notice the little things—like their smile or the effort they put into their work—and let them know you see them. Your kind words might linger with them longer than you expect.

Write a Thank-You Note

A handwritten note of gratitude feels like a rare treasure in a digital age. Thank someone for their time, kindness, or a small favor—they’ll cherish the thoughtfulness. It’s an act that costs little but means a lot.

Hold the Door Open

Pausing to hold the door for someone is a small but mighty gesture. It shows respect and reminds people that kindness exists in everyday moments. Bonus: it often earns you a smile or a thank you in return.…

If your System cannot Tolerate taking Aspirin, and Meals with Tomatoes, and certain Meals often cause you Stomach Discomfort or Fatigue or maybe even, IBS... you may have Anxiety or Depression...you most likely have a health condition called Salicylate Intolerance (similar but different to Allergies) A special Temporary Diet for your Food Needs could help control those Symptoms and make them less distressing.

A low-salicylate diet involves eating foods that are Low in or contain no Salicylates to reduce symptoms of salicylate intolerance. This diet involves carefully eliminating High-Salicylate Foods like certain Fruits, Vegetables, and Spices, and then reintroducing them under the guidance of a Healthcare Provider to identify which ones cause reactions. Salicylates are natural chemicals found in many Nutritious Foods, but they are also concentrated in Processed Foods and found in medications like Aspirin.

Symptoms of Salicylate Intolerance can be:

Asthma, Headaches, Memory Loss, Poor Concentration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Bloating, IBS, Hyperactivity, Poor Concentration, Eczema, Stomach Pain, Night or Day Wetting, Irritability, Defiant Behaviour, Aggression, Cries Easily, Emotionally Sensitive, Sleeping Issues. No-One has All of them. Phew!

Why Follow A Low-Salicylate Diet

The primary reason to follow this diet is to reduce symptoms of salicylate intolerance or sensitivity, which can include various skin reactions and respiratory issues.…

Maybe the Best Modern Advice isn’t New at all.
It’s time we Start Practicing what they Never Stopped Doing.

We like to think our generation has it all figured out.

We have life coaches, mindfulness apps, therapy podcasts, and endless advice online.

But talk to someone in their 60s or 70s, and you’ll quickly realize that many of them built something that feels increasingly rare: families that actually stay close, grounded, and connected.

They didn’t have fancy tools or self-help jargon.

What they had were simple habits that worked because they were lived, not preached.

Here are nine of those habits that quietly built stronger families than most modern advice ever could.

Families Who Eat Together Are Often Happier
Shared Mealtimes Are Good For Bonding

They Ate Together

It sounds small, but this one was the glue.

In most homes decades ago, dinner wasn’t optional.

You didn’t scroll through your phone in the living room or grab a plate and disappear to your room.

You sat down, waited for everyone, and ate together.

Psychologists have since confirmed what our grandparents already knew: shared meals strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and reduce the chances of kids developing anxiety or depression.…
