Probiotics and Honey

NatBussau

We have 39–300 trillion bacteria living inside ourselves right now!…

WHY? BELIEVE ME, DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF OUR HEALTH DEPEND ON THIS and EVEN OUR ENTIRE HEALTH. EVEN MANY NUTRITIONISTS and NATUROPATHS DIDN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT OUR MICROBIOME IN WESTERN COUNTRIES UNTIL RECENT TIMES BUT EUROPEANS WERE WELL AWARE OF IT and HAVE SPECIFIC FOODS IN THEIR DIET EACH DAY THAT CATER FOR THE NEEDS OF OUR MICROBIOME - ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE MICROBIOTA.

Looking After Our GUT Is A Sure Investment for Life
The Missing Link To GOOD HEALTH!

I will show you the best Segments of a few Articles on the Internet teaching about Gut Health. OK?

Expert Suggested Ways To Keep Gut Clean And Healthy

To improve gut health, add fibre-rich foods, stay hydrated, consume probiotics and prebiotics, reduce processed foods and sugar, manage stress, exercise, get adequate sleep, and try intermittent fasting. These practices promote a healthy digestive system, gut flora balance, and overall well-being.…

There are two people in my Family whose Mental Health has been seriously Affected through Poor Diet. One of them was trying to make ends meet financially. He made many meals with Pasta mostly, and a Slice of Bread with Vegemite (he used margarine instead of butter) for lunch and Cereal for breakfast. He also had LOTS of Coffee. After doing that for many months, he experienced a Full Swing Major Nervous Breakdown that commenced in a state of Psychosis. His Body AND his Brain were starved for Nutrients and as a part-time Natural Health Researcher, I felt his Myelin Sheaf had worn very thin (that is meant to be a protective lining that cushions our Nerve Cells) that was proven to be true. Since he has changed to a much Healthier Diet he does much better and finds some enjoyment in Life because it has helped him to improve his mental outlook and perspectives.…

While it may not be a miracle cure, recent studies have suggested that simply humming can completely rewire your nervous system by activating the Vagus Nerve, the same nerve often targeted by many different meditation practices

Humming to a song you love is a universally shared joy. Did you know that there’s a scientifically backed reason why humming makes you feel better. Research suggests that three key receptors are at play when you start humming, mainly due to the effect it has on a nerve called the vagus nerve in your internal system.

Generally, the vagus nerve is responsible for regulating your body’s stress response, by lowering your heart rate, improving digestion and promoting feelings of calm. Since chronic stress can dampen the vagus nerve’s ability to do perform this task, we often feel on edge and unable to cope in stressful situations.

One of the ways humming counteracts this is by increasing the amount of nitric oxide being produced in your nasal passages, which acts as a gas transmitter that improves blood flow in your body.…

The Americans just love our Kookaburras - they're simply wrapped in them. This time it's our Maggies! Our Scientists carried out a well thought-out plan because they know the Maggies are such a Smart Intelligent Bird. Yes, they put a lot of thought into it and the Maggies still Won!!!

By Anthony Ham - New York Times

The magpies showed their smarts by helping one another remove tracking harnesses that scientists carefully placed on them.

The Australian magpie is one of the cleverest birds on earth. It has a beautiful song of extraordinary complexity. It can recognize and remember up to 30 different human faces.

But Australians know magpies best for their penchant for mischief. An enduring rite of passage of an Australian childhood is dodging the birds every spring as they swoop down to attack those they view as a threat.…

New Study Finds Probiotics Dramatically Reducing
the Symptoms of Depression
by Andy Corbley

Probiotics have already been identified in published studies as providing an ability to help alleviate allergy symptoms. Now, the same can confidently be said of regulating mental health.

Some of the most extensive research into the human microbiome has revealed that the diversity of certain bacterial species in your gut can help, sometimes significantly, with many of the most commonly diagnosed mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD.

This includes work from the American Gut Project, which sources the world’s largest collection of gut microbe samples—more than 11,000—for use in scientific research. The project findings, while purely observational, suggest that bacterial diversity and richness in the human gut has the capacity to improve a variety of depressive symptoms.

In this paper that was recently published in the journal Nutrition, Iranian scientists found that markers for depression were reduced when taking a probiotic supplement containing particular microbes called lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus acidophilus.…

Natural Health Article from Science Daily

A new study shows that people who eat a diet that includes at least half a serving per day of foods high in flavonoids like strawberries, oranges, peppers and apples may have a 20% lower risk of cognitive decline. The research is published in the July 28, 2021, online issue of Neurology the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology. The study looked at several types of flavonoids, and found that flavones and anthocyanins may have the most protective effect.

Flavonoids are naturally occurring compounds found in plants and are considered powerful antioxidants. It is thought that having too few antioxidants may play a role in cognitive decline as you age.

"There is mounting evidence suggesting flavonoids are powerhouses when it comes to preventing your thinking skills from declining as you get older," said study author Walter Willett, MD, DrPH, of Harvard University in Boston, Mass.…

Excerpts From 4 Articles!

This is very interesting. I've come across Information several times in recent years that Stress the Importance of Taking Care of our Oral Hygiene in relation to HEART HEALTH. Today, I found Information that Stresses the Importance of doing this for BRAIN HEALTH and how they are Closely Related. The Medical Profession has been Treating Everything as SEPARATE for decades, but it so turns out that Our Body Systems are INTERRELATED, as Natural Health Practitioners like a Naturopath will tell you. Remember how people were told that the Earth was FLAT before Columbus discovered it is ROUND? It just goes to show how Ignorant Science and the Medical Profession have been about a number of things, for a very long time.

This goes to show that our Body Parts are Intrinsically Related not Separate - that's Old Ignorant Science!
It has only been "discovered" in recent years that our GUT relates Very Closely to our BRAIN and the Same Neurotransmitters that are present in our Brain are present in our Gut - so it does really matter what Foods and Beverage we Ingest.…

Lately, exercise has been at the forefront of every conversation about health. No doubt this careful attention is due to the increasing concerns over obesity and sedentary lifestyles.

And it's true that exercise can improve our health by reducing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and the risk of developing diabetes. Did you realize though that exercise also has amazing positive psychological effects?

Besides the obvious physical health benefits, exercise can also:

A great deal of research dating as far back as the 1980s has shown that exercise can effectively reduce cases of mild to moderate depression. Yet, psychiatrists, particularly those in the US, tend to underestimate the benefits of exercise and rarely prescribe it. British physicians, on the other hand, can actually prescribe exercise as a treatment for depression, with the National Health Service subsidizing some or all of the cost.…

Dancing or going for brisk walks can slash the risk of diabetes by three quarters, according to a huge new study.

Those who managed more than an hour of moderate-to-vigorous exercise per day were 74 percent less likely to be diagnosed, compared to sedentary peers.

The protection even applied to genetically-predisposed patients when the disease runs in the family. In fact, their susceptibility fell further than individuals at low genetic risk who were inactive.

Brisk Walking To Protect Against Diabetes

“People are unable to control their genetic risk and family history,” said the study’s senior author Professor Melody Ding, of Sydney University. “But this finding provides promising and positive news that through an active lifestyle, one can fight off much of the excessive risk for type 2 diabetes.”

The Australian team tracked 59,325 adults from the UK Biobank—a database holding detailed information about the genes and health of around half a million Brits.…
