I've never been a Tea or Coffee Drinker until 2025 when I started trying different Loose Leaf Teas of different kinds from Amazon and Ebay (mostly) I tried Formosan - Caffeine and Tannin content is Negligible where it is grown. It tastes and feels very Smooth on your Tastebuds, I didn't need to add any Milk (or sugar or honey. Then I started Venturing into different Herb and Flower Teas that were Pleasant Tasting, and this made a Tea Drinker of me. I Enjoy a Cupper on my Veranda in the Morning Sunshine, the Afternoon or when I'm relaxing in the Evening. I will share about some of the Cordial Herb Teas I tried and adopted here in this Article.

Part 1 (Nutritional & Benefits): Celebrates these incredible functional properties, encouraging readers to move away from sugary sodas and artificial juices toward nutrient-dense, restorative herbal steeped infusions.

Are you tired of being told that culinary traditions are set in stone? If you have been hanging around here for a while, you know I never subscribe to strict "rules and regs." Why stick solely to the classics when we can innovate, elevate, and create dishes that are truly vibrant and healthy?

Today, we are taking the brilliant preparation concepts behind traditional Chinese Dumplings and Cold Rice Rolls and completely reinventing them. We are leaving out pork, skipping the shellfish, and entirely bypassing processed Soy Proteins like Tofu and TVP because they are actually Unhealthy. As a Researcher, I could explain, but being a Recipe Page, I will Save Space. OK?

So instead of those, we are venturing into a wild, nutrient-dense area with fresh proteins, ancient heritage grains, and digestive-friendly spices. Come and venture!

A Serving Suggestion for Those who are Health Orientated

Hi to my Regular Readers and Visitors, wishing you a Nice Week, the weather is really Lovely!

This Page is about something that has concerned me for a while. Sometimes I use AI for an Assisted Article, that saves me considerable time. And sometimes - more often than some would expect - I see Errors in the Info they give me. Collectively, I have used 4 AI Apps: Chat GPT, Dola, AI on Chrome and Gemini on Chrome.

From my experience, Chat can be pretty good for Health Research quite often, but it has started debating with me on a few occasions with Medical Type Prejudice (defending Big Pharma) when I happen to know better about some things the App is Ignorant about and Programmed differently. So you need to watch for that. It tried to tell me that a Very Important Video on the Dark Side of JD Rockefeller and the Founding of the Big Pharma Modern Medical System is a "Lot of Nonsense" which is Untrue because the YouTube Video is a Sound History Account which establishes the founding of Dodgy Foods and Agricultural Chemicals as well and the Chat App was trying to tell me all manner of Whoopy that was Big Pharma Influenced.…

Have you ever taken a bite of rocket, endive, or grapefruit and felt an immediate wave of intense bitterness so strong you wanted to spit it right out? Or maybe the heat of a chili pepper feels less like a fun flavour and more like a literal physical attack on your mouth.

These are also referred to as Honey Beans.
They are a pleasant Tasty Nutritious Savoury Bean.

Oloyin beans (also known as Nigerian Honey Beans or Ewa Oloyin, a cultivar of Vigna unguiculata / cowpeas) have a distinct protein and nutritional architecture compared to Kidney Beans, Faba Beans, and Chickpeas.

Because Oloyin beans belong to the cowpea/black-eyed pea family rather than the Phaseolus (common bean) or Vicia family, their protein structure behaves differently in terms of digestibility and antinutrient profile.

When we talk about "ancient health wisdom" down under, our minds usually head straight to the Mediterranean coast or traditional Asian herbalism. But thousands of kilometers away, an entire continent has been quietly running circles around modern Western nutrition for millennia. While modern Australian diets struggle with refined grains, ultra-processed protein substitutes, and rampant gut dysfunction, traditional West African foodways have already perfected the art of cellular health.

From nutrient-dense super-grains like Fonio and Pearl Millet to naturally sweet Oloyin honey beans that feed your gut microbiome, West Africa isn't just catching up to modern wellness—it’s leading the way. Here is why it’s time for Aussie health seekers to look west, ditch the sink-drain nutrient loss, and rediscover the ancestral blueprint for true gut and cellular vitality.

The Forgotten Super-Grains: Why Fonio, Millet, and Sorghum Outshine Modern Staples

Walk down any Australian supermarket aisle, and you’ll see shelves dominated by wheat, white rice, and heavily processed, gluten-free substitutes that often leave your blood sugar on a roller coaster. Meanwhile, West African foodways have relied on a power trio of climate-resilient, nutrient-packed ancient grains that put refined Western staples to shame.…

Let’s face it: walking through an Australian supermarket produce aisle lately can feel like a shock to the wallet. Packaged salad mixes, fresh bunched herbs, and vibrant specialty vegetables have become premium luxury items, pushing healthy eating further out of reach for everyday families.

But what if you could take total control of your food supply, bypass grocery store markups completely, and harvest pristine, nutrient-dense ingredients right outside your door—even if you only have a concrete courtyard, a rental balcony, or a tiny paved patch?

Welcome to the Garden-To-Table Blueprint. This four-part guide is specifically designed to show everyday Aussies how to convert minimal space into high-output, chemical-free food zones that can save your household between $1,500 and $2,000 every single year.

The Toxic Trap: Why Cheap, Single-Use Plastics Do Not Belong in Your Food Supply

When space and budgets are tight, it is incredibly tempting to follow advice from online videos encouraging the use of free household items like industrial plastic mayonnaise buckets, ice-cream containers, or discarded plastic soda bottles.

Various YouTube Gardeners encouraging the use of these is SO DODGY,
as a health researcher, I CRINGE!…

Fill Your Beds for Free and Keep Your Setup Costs Close to Zero

Investing in high-quality, non-plastic raised beds or vertical planters does not mean you need a massive budget. The biggest hidden expense in gardening is buying bags of premium potting mix to fill your new containers. A single large steel bed can easily swallow hundreds of dollars of store-bought soil.
