They run everything as a SYSTEM - they have Streamlined Everything to give as little Time and Attention as Possible..........they are doing Exactly that.

It's Pure Greed, and so maddening for many People. It is often dangerous too because wrong decisions can be made in those short few minutes - by the "Practitioner" or "Patient" what we accept.

It is not Respectful, Courteous or Wise to pass People through like products on a Conveyer Belt in a place of Manufacture. Yes, it's Insensitive and Mercinary - this SYSTEM and we can do much better for ourselves - believe me - and most of us don't Stop and think "there are Options" but some People have, and are happier for having made that decision.

I generally don't go to the Medical Profession if there's a Health issue of some kind - being a Natural Health Researcher, I can address things myself.

Two Caring Medicos in a Video I watched on YouTube this week, Dr Mike and Dr Marty Makary, are Waking up to some things while still blind about other things.

They have demonstrated to me in the first 23 Mins of a 2 Hour Video while trying to Expose and Alert People of things in the Medical and Food Industries for our Health and Protection and being Activists for Change.…

I don't recommend a lot of things from Medical Sources because they're sometimes into Misleading INFO however this Article is really good and I hope you read it.

Here Medical Practitioners break down the science behind this, plus how to make walking for blood sugar work for you.

Meet the experts: Clare A. What did the study find?

The study, which was published in , had 11 adults sit in an ergonomic chair for eight hours, getting up only for bathroom breaks and to do a recommended exercise “snack." The researchers looked at five different exercise "snacks" (short bursts of exercise): doing one minute of walking for every 30 minutes of sitting, one minute of walking after 60 minutes, five minutes for every 30 minutes of sitting, five minutes every 60 minutes, and no walking.…

Neighbour Friendships At Their Best -
It Doesn't Get Bett
er Than This!

My husband and I found a sinkhole in our backyard. When we received a high bid to fix it, we decided to D.I.Y. the project following our contractor friend's detailed instructions.

The job required a few tons of dirt — more than our Subaru Forester could haul. My husband had eyed our neighbour's truck in the driveway. Even though we had lived next door to each other for 11 years, I really only knew that his name was Gary and that he was a retired bachelor.…

Learn how to cultivate happiness through mindful choices and healthy habits.

Have you ever looked at someone who seems to radiate joy and wondered, "Are they just lucky?" It's easy to assume that people who seem to have had easier lives—stable families, good education, successful careers—are simply fortunate when it comes to happiness. Conversely, we might believe those who have faced significant challenges are destined to struggle to find joy.

And when I ask them about the turning point in their lives, the moment that led to their current state of well-being, the answer is always the same: challenges.

These individuals have faced difficulties, just like everyone else. But instead of being defeated by them, they learned and grew from their experiences.…

The World's System Profits when People are Unwell and Medical often makes us Sick. Most times, Natural Health Practitioners are genuinely Sincere and Help you to Build Up your Health. However Health Manufacturers are often into charging horrendous amounts for their Products, creating confusion in the minds of many.

There are Ways of working around that to gain Better Health when you know what to look for. And how to Identify and Dismiss false and Misleading Advice and Guidelines Governments Accept and Promote through Education Systems due to Greedy Cheapskate Manufacturers Lobbying to change Food Laws to Support their Arguments decades ago now when most people weren't aware that those Changes took place and the Real Reason they did.

This In fact has been the Underlying reason why So Many People's Health has been badly affected, and the Over Processed "Foods" in recent years have drastically affected the Health of Many including Children.

It's a shocking state of affairs, I'm sure you agree when many of you reading this
realise for the first time that some of that goes on.

Things should not be that way.…

ONE OF THE VERY BEST THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR CHILDREN - Especially an Only Child - IS LET THEM HAVE TIME OUTDOORS. LET THEM EXPLORE. NATURE IS GOOD FOR THEM - NOT SO MUCH TECH. TOO MUCH TECH IS BAD FOR THEM. IT'S ACTUALLY COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. ESPECIALLY TO THEIR IMAGINATIONS. SO CONSIDER INTRODUCING THEM TO SIMPLE DISCOVERIES OUTDOORS HEY?

Kids NEED To Explore - Don't Limit Their Imagination

Children’s Indoor Lifestyle Stunts Their Imagination
Sydney Morning Herald

The way we have allowed our housing market to develop means that most of our new our homes are extraordinarily close together (“Ban kids from social, but what will they do outside?”, September 14). They are designed to look inwards; there is no scope for seeing wider horizons. And with this comes a tendency for a narrowness of imagination and vision. This means that Daisy Turnbull’s point is well made. Where are the backyards to play in? Where are the creeks to dam? Where are the places to cycle to? It would be nice to think we can turn this around, but for many this will not be possible.

Hi Folks, I had a lot of time on my hands 20 Years ago and I can see the benefit having a Nice little Pet would be for someone with Disturbed Thoughts of some kind - which Mental Health presents us with often. People often feel Lonely or Bored too, and experiencing Unconditional Love from a Pet that shows affection could be a really Uplifting Experience for them. And this could possibly also serve to snap some people out of episodes of Rumination. I have a Nice Neighbour who really Loves her Bow Wow......she takes him for 15-30 Minute Walks through a Small Park in front of my house and a few streets each day. It makes him very happy. And they love to sit together in her Living Room and play together.

6 Reasons A Pet Is Good For Your Mental Health

Their cute factor isn't the only thing they have going for them.

If you have a pet—especially one of the furry variety—you're probably familiar with the surge of love you feel when she curls up next to you. Or the way petting his head and feeling his soft fur under your fingertips makes a stressful work day fade into the distance.…

These People are not necessarily Narcs (Narcissistic) but obviously have had Inside Issues in their upbringing - they were not brought up appropriately with the Love and Discipline and Attention every Child Needs and they grow up with those Issues unaddressed and unfixed. By the time they have Grown Up, those Unresolved Issues have worked their way into that Person's Character and accounts for the way they Behave with and towards others.

People Who Are Kind On The Surface But Mean Underneath
Often Display These 7 Specific Behaviors

It’s not about demonizing people, but rather understanding their complexities. And it starts with acknowledging that kindness isn’t always what it seems on the surface.…

Limits Can Lead to Adapting and More Cooperation,
Peace and Joy in Families. If you don't make sufficient Limits for Kids, they Press Your Limits:)

Through the years, Parents I've known who don't practice Limits with their Kids have little, to absolutely No Peace in their house. So the Helpful Information that's in this Article I found, should prove to be of immense Value to some of you Parents out there. Enjoy!

Almost always, the challenges parents are seeking to solve when they come to see me—meltdowns, inflexibility, defiance, or power struggles—are rooted in the absence of an important limit. That is what is causing so much stress for the entire family.

When the limit isn’t clear, and there is a lot of discussion or negotiation about something (more books at bedtime, more things the child says they need to do before they are willing to go to sleep, more treats, more screen time...), it opens up a big, black hole that the child fills with endless attempts to keep parents engaged or to get them to do what they want. This is not just exhausting and maddening for parents; it is exhausting for kids who expend a lot of mental energy making their case and pursuing all angles, getting themselves increasingly wound up and dysregulated.…
