And this is only Part of the Story of Vital Questions they are Not ASKING US and Vital Guidelines they are Not Giving Us that are Imperative for the HEALTH of Our Precious EYES.

What's the reason for this? They're only into SELLING GLASSES basically which have several hundred percent markup on, someone informed us on YouTube several years back who left that line of work.

So I'm Calling Them Out for not only their Outrageous Profits but for not asking us how much SCREENTIME do we Subject our Eyes to each Day and Evening, and do we punish our eyes with Too Much BLUE LIGHT Exposure from Excessive Screen Use.

It would also be of immense benefit to Most of Us if they gave us a Printout of something like the following. My word it would, because the more you research Vision and Eyecare, you see it has a LOT to do with DIET. If you read on, you will see why. And it will make plenty of sense. Shall we go?

What’s the Worst Food for your Eyes? Beware of These 5

Does what I eat affect what I see?…

Our gut microbiome, the bustling community of trillions of microbes living deep within our intestines, does more than just help with digest food, it contributes to so many aspects of our health. In recent years, gut health and inflammation have become such popular buzzwords, yet many still don’t realise just how intricately they are linked:

Why is gut health important?
Inflammation and gut health
Spotting inflammation
Improving your diet for better gut health
Other factors that affect gut health

Our Microbiome Contributes To So Many Aspects Of Our Health

Why is gut health so important?

The gut microbiome is so important, in fact its often called “the second brain.”

Scientists are now realising that when the gut microbiome is out of balance – when the bad bacteria have begun to dominate and kill off the good – it can set off a toxic chain reaction throughout the body. This is chronic inflammation and can be a root cause of many of our most serious illnesses, from cancer to heart disease and diabetes.

So it makes sense that good gut health can translate into improved overall health.…

Forget Sleeping Pills—This Natural Fix Is in Your Kitchen

From melatonin sprays to meditation apps, we’ve tried everything to sleep better. But researchers now say one of the most powerful tools for better rest is already in your fridge. Here’s how diet may be the secret to a deeper night’s sleep.

More Fruits and Veggies, Better Sleep

Participants who consumed more plant-based foods during the day experienced noticeably more restful and uninterrupted sleep that same night.

Sleep Benefits Showed Up After Just One Day

The improvements didn’t take weeks to appear—researchers observed positive sleep changes within the first 24 hours of eating more fruits and vegetables.

Less Tossing and Turning

Those with higher fruit and vegetable intake experienced fewer sleep disruptions, meaning they were less likely to wake up or shift out of deep sleep during the night.

Just Five Servings Made a Measurable Difference

Researchers estimated that meeting the CDC’s daily recommendation of five servings could improve sleep quality by as much as 16 percent.

Whole Grains Help Too

Alongside produce, participants who consumed healthy carbs like whole grains also reported better sleep, likely due to improved regulation of blood sugar and hormones.…

  • Ultra-processed foods tend to be energy-dense and soft, making them easy to overeat.
  • Sam Dicken, a nutrition researcher, tries to avoid UPFs because he naturally has a big appetite.
  • He shared how he avoids overeating without checking labels, such as by considering a food's texture.

Sam Dicken is a scientist who researches the potential harms of ultra-processed foods, like store-bought cookies and pizza. Despite what he knows, these kinds of food are often manufactured to be so easy to overeat that even he struggles to control himself around them.

"My appetite is huge," the researcher at the Centre for Obesity Research at UCL
in London told Business Insider. "I find it really easy to just keep on eating."

But Dicken has a few clever tricks to practice moderation when eating less nutritious foods, which go beyond simply trying to decipher from the label whether they're ultra-processed.

UPFs are made with ingredients you wouldn't find in a regular kitchen,
such as stabilizers and gums, and are highly marketed and shelf-stable.

Part of what makes them so easy to overeat is that this combination can make UPFs hyperpalatable — meaning they contain an appetizing combination of fat, salt, or sugar and are soft in texture, Dicken said.…

Fermentation looks complicated—But it isn't really
when you try it.

Not to be confused with the likes of Store-Bought Items that are most times Unhealthy.
Like Everything Else, they adulterate them with Colors and Chemicals.
Can't help themselves, can they!?

Not to mind, we can bypass them and make Our Own - Cheaper and Healthier:)

Probiotics and Honey

NatBussau

We have 39–300 trillion bacteria living inside ourselves right now! Some of these are known as probiotics.

Probiotics are living microorganisms (usually bacteria) that is friendly to our body, when ingested, it provides a health benefit by helping to colonize your gut with good microorganisms.…

The results, published in Redox Biology, showed higher levels of bacteria associated with good vascular and cognitive health, and lower levels of bacteria linked to disease and inflammation.

Systolic blood pressure dropped on average by five points (mmHg) after drinking the beetroot juice.

Anti-Aging Beet Juice - Good for Our Liver- Add Some Apple and Celery

“We are really excited about these findings, which have important implications for healthy ageing,” said lead author Professor Anni Vanhatalo, of the University of Exeter.

“Previous studies have compared the oral bacteria of young and older people, and healthy people compared to those with diseases, but ours is the first to test nitrate-rich diet in this way.

“Our findings suggest that adding nitrate-rich foods to the diet—in this case via beetroot juice—for just ten days can substantially alter the oral microbiome (mix of bacteria) for the better.

“Maintaining this healthy oral microbiome in the long term might slow down the negative vascular and cognitive changes associated with ageing.”

“Our participants were healthy, active older people with generally good blood pressure,” Professor Vanhatalo stressed. “Dietary nitrate reduced their blood pressure on average, and we are keen to find out whether the same would happen in other age groups and among people in poorer health.…

Our Health is as Good as the Food we Eat. And so is Our Brain. Did you know that Mental Health Disorders mostly start from long-standing Nutritional Deficiencies and also Poor Gut Health because our Neurotransmitters are present in our Gut - not just our Brain - so Both our Gut and our Brain Relate Closely together. A It is the Same with Brain Power. Everyone talks about Brainpower, but you don't just stay on whatever Foods you have and take a "Brain Power" Supplement each day. You need to build up a Nutritional Profile of Brain Friendly Foods; stay off of Sugar AND Synthetic Sweeteners that are Bad for your Body and Brain. So are Canola and Cheap Nasty Veggie Oils - they mess with your Metabolism causing Lethargy and Brain Fog in many people, and are noted for Mental Blanks (even with young people) because they are Toxic to Body and Brain Cells. Aim for Genuine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. They're both beneficial for our Brain. Polyunsaturated Oils are based on Flawed Science and the ignorance prevails. Don't let that be You.

Our Body and our Brain also benefit much from 7-8 Hours of restful Sleep a Night AND 120 Minutes of Walking (collectively) each Week.…

I had this happen recently when after cutting half a Pumpkin in segments to store in my Fridge. The moisture from the Pumpkin dried quickly on my hand and my skin went noticeably Very Dry. I went to wash my hands and the water did not make any difference. Then I moisturized my hands and that didn't make much difference either. To my astonishment, the moisture from the Pumpkin - over the 6-10 minutes I was firmly gripping it to cut it, had what I felt was an acid affect. Then I found the following Article on the Net that evening, when I checked the notion I had and found it was true. It gave me enough Validation to say "I think I will place this on Ours Australia, to let my Readers know about it" so here we go!

Why Butternut Squash Hurts Your Hands
By Backyard Gardening Blog

Many a gardener will grow butternut squash, and eagerly watch the fruits develop, counting the days, hoping they’re not ruined by an early frost. Then harvest time, and the gardener can’t wait. They take the squash inside and immediately start cutting it up, about 5 minutes later they’re aghast and trying to figure out why their hands are red and peeling and constricted.…
