They even make what you call "FAT BOMBS" to have Everyday! Those Recipes consist of about 90% Fat - mostly Saturates in the form of an Energy Ball.
It's Amazing How Much PROTEIN and FAT that Diet Promotes OVER Healthy Fruits and Veggies - they have strictly few Veggies in very small amounts and No Fruits or Healthy Complex Wholegrains and Legumes like the Low Glycemic Diet Diabetics have and are found in the Healthy Mediterranean Diet that have been practiced for Decades and have Benefited so many people.…

The FDA lets them use up to 100 Chemicals in their 'Natural Flavour' formulas to Imitate natural tastes in many Food Products, to Catch Us Out if we are Unsuspecting OR Very Careful, when shopping.

Alarming Or Incredible As This Seems:
To call them Natural, they only have to use 1 or 2 Natural Ingredients in those Chemical Formulas. Daaah!

We shall See! I found an Article by a Renowned Natural Practicing Scientist recently who is Very Good with a Lot of Things to do with Foods, Diet and Nutrition who likes Soyabeans and I found it baffling because "he would know better" I said to myself
in astonishment. Then I realised, he is Asian and lives in a Western Country.
