There are two people in my Family whose Mental Health has been seriously Affected through Poor Diet. One of them was trying to make ends meet financially. He made many meals with Pasta mostly, and a Slice of Bread with Vegemite (he used margarine instead of butter) for lunch and Cereal for breakfast. He also had LOTS of Coffee. After doing that for many months, he experienced a Full Swing Major Nervous Breakdown that commenced in a state of Psychosis. His Body AND his Brain were starved for Nutrients and as a part-time Natural Health Researcher, I felt his Myelin Sheaf had worn very thin (that is meant to be a protective lining that cushions our Nerve Cells) that was proven to be true. Since he has changed to a much Healthier Diet he does much better and finds some enjoyment in Life because it has helped him to improve his mental outlook and perspectives. He also avoids thinking about Negative things. The other Family Member was Seriously Affected after having an addiction to Confectionary that put her off a lot of good food. An absolute "No No" because Sugar (and Synthetic Sweeteners) are Very Bad for Our Brain.…

And this could possibly also serve to snap some people out of episodes of Rumination. I have a Nice Neighbour who really Loves her Bow Wow......she takes him for 15-30 Minute Walks through a Small Park in front of my house and a few streets each day. It makes him very happy. And they love to sit together in her Living Room and play together.

Polymers and Acrylates in Skin Care Products and Cosmetics – Be CAREFUL – Janet Protects You!
By Janet Vargas - Independent Natural Health Researcher 30+ Years
MORE to Watch Out for Folks! Some of these Polymers have been around for years. They have been used in Skin Care and Cosmetics and NOW there are New Derivatives of those Chemicals entering the Market.
The concern about these Chemicals is, they are very TOXIC and have been found to Cause Cancer.
As surely as we have learned about Manufacturer’s serious Lack of Ethics, instead of the Industry cutting out the use of these Chemicals, they USE Them all the More. And as we are so accustomed to, our Governments are more concerned with Raising High Revenue from the Massive Profits/Taxes of this highly Lucrative Industry than they are about our Health and Welfare.
There’s so much we hear about “in the name of Truth” these days, and there is what Natural Health Researchers who really Care about your Health call an
“Information War” going on.
And of-course, this is not funny because it means that YOU a Member of the Public AND Consumer are caught in the middle of this War between TRUE Information and FALSE Information.…

Are You Fed-Up With The Behaviour Of The Royals? I Am, This Is Why –
This Was The Worst! My thoughts tell me in recent times that Charles is using his power the wrong way and wielding it against Harry. Never mind Meghan, if she is not allowed to visit the Palace again – I can understand that. Folks, I am speaking about a Son – one who has already been hurt so much, he became mentally unbalanced and wrote Spare. And more importantly, the People who Relate with Invictus have been left out of Royal Recognition because ALL Royals were Absent. They have been caught in the Cross-Fire, so to speak. That is Totally Unfair!
There are Conflicting News Reports (as usual) that 1. the Royals did not wish to attend 2. Harry did not Invite them, Quite honestly, either could be true. It really gets somewhat confusing which News Line carries the most weight sometimes, does it not? There is an awful lot of CRAFTY WORK that goes on in News Media as I'm sure we ALL realise well before now, hey Folks?…
The Secret Ingredient For Optimum Health? It’s Kindness, Says This Fitness Expert
HERE'S AN INOVATIVE APPROACH TO WEIGHTLOSS
THAT IS RECORDING GOOD RESULTS.
By Positive.News
You’d be forgiven if you thought the key to improving your health was a New Diet or more Willpower. Turns out it’s Kindness, says the founder of a unique program that launched in January.
Every Sunday, participants in Eddie Jones’ Health Program fill in a form to let him know how they got on during the week. But they’re not tracking workout duration, weight loss or calories. Instead, they’re totting up Acts of Kindness.
“It’s completely Anonymous, so I can’t tell who’s writing. I’ll never know,” Jones says. “I just dip into it every week or two. There have been some really, really wonderful things in there.”
He points to a participant who bought a supermarket voucher for someone who was struggling to feed their children. Another cared for a bee with an injured wing. Someone else simply wrote a kind note to an acquaintance and slipped it into a flower pot for them to find.
Jones is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who has been helping people Transform their Health for almost a decade.…
How Simply Humming Can Reactivate A Crucial Part Of Your Nervous System
While it may not be a miracle cure, recent studies have suggested that simply humming can completely rewire your nervous system by activating the Vagus Nerve, the same nerve often targeted by many different meditation practices
Humming to a song you love is a universally shared joy. Did you know that there’s a scientifically backed reason why humming makes you feel better. Research suggests that three key receptors are at play when you start humming, mainly due to the effect it has on a nerve called the vagus nerve in your internal system.
Generally, the vagus nerve is responsible for regulating your body’s stress response, by lowering your heart rate, improving digestion and promoting feelings of calm. Since chronic stress can dampen the vagus nerve’s ability to do perform this task, we often feel on edge and unable to cope in stressful situations.
One of the ways humming counteracts this is by increasing the amount of nitric oxide being produced in your nasal passages, which acts as a gas transmitter that improves blood flow in your body. As a result, it can lower your blood pressure while sterilizing the air you’re inhaling.…

One Man's Suffering Exposed Monsanto's Secrets to the World? It reads:
It was a verdict heard around the world. In a stunning blow to one of the world’s largest seed and chemical companies, jurors in San Francisco have told Monsanto it must pay $289m in damages to a man dying of cancer which he claims was caused by exposure to its herbicides.
Monsanto, which became a unit of Bayer AG in June 2018, has spent decades convincing consumers, farmers, politicians and regulators to ignore mounting evidence linking its glyphosate-based herbicides to cancer and other health problems. The company has employed a range of tactics – some drawn from the same playbook used by the tobacco industry in defending the safety of cigarettes – to suppress and manipulate scientific literature, harass journalists and scientists who did not parrot the company’s propaganda, and arm-twist and collude with regulators.…
How To Do Companion Planting With A Handy List For Beginners
by Green Life Soil in WA
Companion planting is the careful placement of plants (especially vegetables and herbs) which have been shown to have beneficial effects on one another. Sometimes, this comes down to simple physical reasons – taller plants provide shelter from sun and wind for plants that need protection. Climbing plants can be trained up over taller plants to maximise production in small spaces. Some plants make good companions because their roots grow to different depths, so simply do not compete with each other for water and nutrients.
Plants in the legume family (eg. Peas and beans) promote growth in nearby plants with their nitrogen fixing ability – nodules on the roots enable plants to convert atmospheric nitrogen into a form used by plants. Also they tend to be deep rooted, which promotes aeration of the soil, thus benefiting their neighbours.
The shape of some plants and their flowers can visually confuse insect pests. Other plants, especially herbs, contain strong smelling substances released by their leaves. These scents can swamp odours emitted by other plants and confuse insects seeking out a target.
Still other plants emit chemicals from their roots which can act as growth stimulants for other plants, or can act negatively to retard germination of seeds.…
