What people don't realize most times is ever since Big Pharma started to gain ground in the 1850s, their intention always is to gain more ground, and they don't care what lengths they have to go to, to gain ever-increasingly more and more ground - like Coca Cola! They are controlled by an insatiable spirit of greed. They have a strong influence on Governments in Western Countries like the USA and Australia because they bring in more revenue than almost anything else.

The FDA in America has been found to be corrupt in what they allow on the market (so many dangerous Medical Drugs affecting millions across the world daily) and what they don't allow (so many natural cures have had to go underground or completely banned). The TGA in Australia strongly favours the Medical establishment over the Natural Health Profession because of the Revenue factor. In Europe, you find that they practice mostly Natural Medicine over there and some of the Islands, where everything's natural, they experience better health. Sometimes there are certain health conditions we experience, don't even exist in their populations.…

I knew someone who has experienced this with someone at her church for some time believe it or not. There are a few gossips and busybodies there too. It is evident to me that none of these offenders have a real relationship with Jesus – to be acquainted with Him is reflected in love for others and appropriate conduct. If someone has unseemly behavior, something is wrong – sometimes you have to ask yourself if they really know Jesus? Maybe not!

IN FACT, SOME RESEARCHERS ARE SAYING THAT EVEN 15 MIN WALKS CONFER SOME BENEFITS OR 2 OR 3 TEN MINUTE WALKS IN A DAY. THERE IS SO MUCH SAID BY PHYSIOS AND CHIROS, NEUROSCIENTISTS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS ABOUT OUR NEED TO KEEP MOVING OFTEN THROUGH THE DAY FOR OUR HEALTH'S SAKE - SEDENTARY LIVING WITH VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT CAN SET US UP FOR HEALTH CONDITIONS WE DON'T WANT. BUT SOME 'EXPERTS' HAVE MADE THINGS SOUND COMPLICATED OR LOTS OF HARD WORK AND IT REALLY ISN'T AT ALL. TAKE A SIMPLE APPROACH YOU CAN STAY WITH AND DO ENJOY!

While I do not have any religious persuasions or church affiliations, I do have time for Jesus and have experienced  a transformation in my heart and life, many years ago that is not found in religion or “Social Gospel” that sadly lacks these days. So many people are cheated of the real thing – don’t sell yourself short.

Why write this article? Because there’s so much happening around us and I feel that people deserve an explanation without religious creeds or agendas. I do love the words of Jesus when they’re not misconstrued – and they afford many answers to life’s situations. Especially the times we are living in that are so baffling to many.

I also feel the mainstream of Christianity has let us down with it’s churchy habits, bless me clubs and “Social Gospel”, often accompanied by superficial expression and sometimes hypocrisy. While I’m not a judge of Christianity or other, I do understand the sentiments of many. So personally, for me, it’s Simply Jesus! Maybe not for you and if so, I hope to encourage you. If you are a Christian and that offends, you’ll need to take that up with Jesus because maybe you are caught up in a “church-habit” that lacks personal insight.…

Contentment is a good thing, it is not dependent on circumstances for our peace of mind. Can you see the beauty of that? Maybe you will after reading this post.
A family member said these words to me today: "I am going to enjoy what I have in life.....I am going to be content with the things that I have and not bother with the things I don't have. I will make the most of everything I have that is good.....it makes me contented and happy. If we want to be happy, we need to stop and think about what we have. Obviously, you have them because you liked them at some stage.I'm going to enjoy them now!"

I can give a hearty "YES" to that because her words (above) are SO TRUE! Happiness is not in endless possessions, the latest car and furniture or that something big you are waiting to happen - whatever that may be - Happiness is within your grasp once you see and find the Value of Contentment.…

We all have self-talk, an inner chatter. A dialogue as it were.

Take A Breather - Be Kind To Yourself Each Day

Make sure your dialogue is kind and give it some guidelines on a daily basis until it becomes your friend - bringing to mind positive thoughts, cheerful thoughts and loving thoughts. Yes, feed yourselves this type of thinking until it becomes natural.

Because our inner chatter is somewhat negative for most and unruly for some, with content that is disturbing and sometimes troublesome if not kept in check. Yes, you can monitor this self talk and tell it what to say, so to speak. You can decide the things you would like to hear. 

Our God given Power of Choice is a wonderful thing. We can choose what we want in life_ company, past-time and interests, food and cuisine, TV programs and websites etc and we can determine what type of thoughts we like to think, so we can see ourselves and life around us differently. …
