I'm Calling Them Out. To me, it's a Form of Witchcraft, what they do to our Food.
It really is! What do you call it when they make the Majority of Food Products damaging to Our Health with All-Manner-Of Hazardous TOXIC Chemicals day after day, year after year and they have absolutely NO Shame? It just goes from Bad to Worse incessantly to the extent that there's very few Groceries we can buy that aren't laden with Chemicals of some kind, to the point one feels Overwhelmed
by the whole thing, and many are pressured into Indifference when confronted
with a Question "What the heck do we buy now?"

To me, the People who Run those Companies are "Not Human" it's like their Conscience has been "Seared with a Hot Iron" because it's really Inhuman what they Do to Us - on a Major Scale. I would not want to be their Family, eating at their table - I would Choke because it's So Upsetting. In fact, I would get up and LEAVE. Seriously, I would!

It's pretty Evident that those People have "Sold their Souls to the Devil"
for the likes of MEGA MONEY and the sense of POWER that comes with that.…

Sugar Rush… to Prison? Study Says Lots of Candy Could Lead to Violence

Children who eat too much candy may be more likely to be arrested for violent behavior as adults, new research suggests.

British experts studied more than 17,000 children born in 1970 for about four decades. Of the children who ate candies or chocolates daily at age 10, 69 percent were later arrested for a violent offense by the age of 34. Of those who didn't have any violent clashes, 42 percent ate sweets daily.

The study was published in the October issue of the British Journal of Psychiatry. It was paid for by Britain's Economic and Social Research Council.

Not So Liberal Please

The researchers said the results were interesting, but that more studies were needed to confirm the link.…

Dancing or going for brisk walks can slash the risk of diabetes by three quarters, according to a huge new study.

Those who managed more than an hour of moderate-to-vigorous exercise per day were 74 percent less likely to be diagnosed, compared to sedentary peers.

The protection even applied to genetically-predisposed patients when the disease runs in the family. In fact, their susceptibility fell further than individuals at low genetic risk who were inactive.

Brisk Walking To Protect Against Diabetes

“People are unable to control their genetic risk and family history,” said the study’s senior author Professor Melody Ding, of Sydney University. “But this finding provides promising and positive news that through an active lifestyle, one can fight off much of the excessive risk for type 2 diabetes.”

The Australian team tracked 59,325 adults from the UK Biobank—a database holding detailed information about the genes and health of around half a million Brits.

Participants wore accelerometers on their wrist at the start and were then followed for up to seven years.

It is the first study to show that genetic risk of type 2 diabetes, linked to unhealthy lifestyles, can be counteracted by exercise.…

A common sugar replacement called erythritol, which is used to add bulk or sweeten stevia, monkfruit and keto-reduced sugar products, has been linked to blood clotting, stroke, heart attack and death, according to a new study from the US.
"The degree of risk was not modest," said lead study author Dr Stanley Hazen, director of the Centre for Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Prevention at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.
People with existing risk factors for heart disease, such as diabetes, were twice as likely to experience a heart attack or stroke if they had the highest levels of erythritol in their blood, according to the study, published Monday in the journal Nature Medicine.

"If your blood level of erythritol was in the top 25 per cent compared to the bottom 25 per cent, there was about a two-fold higher risk for heart attack and stroke. It's on par with the strongest of cardiac risk factors, like diabetes," Hazen said.
Additional lab and animal research presented in the paper revealed that erythritol appeared to be causing blood platelets to clot more readily.…

Millions of Australian workers are set to retire with thousands more in their superannuation accounts after changes from the federal government requiring all businesses to pay their employees' superannuation on payday.

From July 1, 2026, employers will need to pay super on payday, rather than quarterly, making it easier for workers to track when their super is not being paid.

The change also reduces the risk of unpaid superannuation debts when a company collapses into bankruptcy.

Treasurer Jim Chalmers said the more frequent super payments would increase retirement incomes.

"It's just common sense to pay it with wages," Mr Chalmers said.

"It's a simple change, it will strengthen the system and it will boost retirement incomes — and the main reason for that is that it will make it less likely that people will miss out on the super they have earned and that they are entitled to."

In a joint statement, Mr Chalmers and Assistant Treasurer Stephen Jones said that under the changes a 25-year-old earning average wages would be $6,000 better off when they retired because more frequent payments allowed more time for investment earnings to compound.…
